Beautiful bayfront property with over 1,000 feet of private beach just steps from the back door. Miles of beachcombing await you at this stunning location. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets from the west-facing porch. The property is situated between Aberdeen and Westport, Washington, with Westport and Grayland Beach just 7 miles away. It offers a very private and quiet setting, where you can walk for miles along the beautiful bay. The views and sunsets from the west-facing back deck are truly stunning.

For this reason, I have greatly discounted the nightly rate for Sunday to Thursday nights (except holidays). Due to Ocean Shores zone restrictions this studio is only offered as a workspace. By booking this space you acknowledge you intend to use it as a workspace You will of course have 24 hour access. Your projects are your business. The studio has views of the Jetty and sunsets to the west. 10 min. walk to the beach. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bath with a shower on the first floor. On the second floor, there is a full bed and a couch that pulls out to make a queen bed.
