The Stables

Situated in Rowland Flat on a three-acre property, the stone cottage was the original tack and feed rooms for Mr Rowland's stables. Separated by a courtyard the stables are now the home of the host. The cottage is comprised of a truly delightful bedroom with an antique double bed with stunning garden views; comfortable lounge room with TV/DVD, CD/radio, books and games; light and open equipped kitchenette with bar fridge, microwave, large electric frying pan and breakfast bar overlooking gardens through french windows (provisions for continental breakfast); the bathroom has both separate shower and claw foot slipper bath, toilet and vanity. R/c air-conditioning/heating and ceiling fans throughout. Access from the cottage to your own verandah with garden spilling over…serenity…the perfect spot for breakfast, coffee or bottle of local wine. Enjoy walks through our vineyard and paddocks and come across surprises such as our free-range chooks, wood fire pizza oven, an array of interesting seating and more. Incredible views across the valley floor to the imposing ranges or, bordering our property, the beguiling North Para River (in winter a roaring, cascading joy to behold or in summer the rock based riverbed allows access to caves, a geologists delight) and the birdlife is bountiful. Use of the swimming pool is available in the warmer months.

The Grain Store - Kangaroo Island Brewery Studio

The Grain Store is a boutique studio style unit located on the western end of the Kangaroo Island Brewery production shed. A one bedroom studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and a weber q on the deck. We are completely off-grid! A comfy sofa bed and heater for those cold nights. Great panoramic views of Nepean Bay and MacGillivray Hills. Walk to the KIB cellar door in 30 seconds! Old Brickworks- a quaint & eclectic 2 bedroom stay

Old Brickworks is based in the heart of the Adelaide Hills, just a 2 minute drive out of Lobethal town centre. An eclectic, cosy and unique accomodation offers 2 beds (sleeps 4), with a small kitchenette and lounge/dining area. It was once a old mechanic shed, which stands alongside the 3 brick Onkaparinga Brick Works kilns. The bathroom is via a undercover breezeway but separate to the main dwelling. We have a rural outdoorsy space for you to explore, including a BBQ and veggie patches.

Denmark Town Studio - cosy self contained for two

Centrally located self-contained 1 Bed Studio with private bathroom, kitchenette and laundry situated next to a Karri reserve with an outdoor sitting area. Easy 5 min walk into town with private entrance and plenty of parking. Everything two people need for a relaxing base. Features reverse cycle AC, queen bed, smart tv, lounge, tea/coffee, cereals, filtered water, BBQ, games, books & gym. The Studio is adjacent to the main house but private at the front of the property, you won't be disturbed.

Studio Henley - 5 min walk to beach & restaraunts

This beautiful studio room is detached from the main house. It has a private entrance which is lit at night with sensor lights. It has a bathroom, lounge area and courtyard area that the sliders open up to. It has mini cooking facilities with a mini fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave. It's a 3 minute walk to the beach, Henley Square which is abundant with restaurants and a hotel all overlooking the beautiful Henley Beach. Many buses to the city and from the city the bus drops across the road.

Catch the free CBD Circle Bus or walk or ride along our beautiful Torrens river and parkland. There are many restaurants, hotels and takeaway food options and a supermarket nearby. The new Adelaide aquatic centre with multiple pools, water slides and full gym with fitness classes is a 5 minute walk.

The Writer's Studio, Barossa

Perfect for one or two people, The Writer's Studio is fully self-contained. It has a really comfortable and firm inflatable queen bed. Away from the main house, it opens out onto a small orchard. This is a quiet oasis you can enjoy in between exploring all the Barossa has to offer. It has dining and sitting areas as well as a reading nook in the loft. It has a sofa which can open out for a child if necessary. Or we can set up another inflatable bed in the loft, accessed by a loft ladder.

The Barn on Hereford

Featuring exposed beams, wood stove and leather couch. Upstairs a queen bed and daybed with a trundle. There is a brand new kitchen and a dining area, all within a 5 minute walk of Main Street with its abundance of restaurants and cafes. The wineries of the Adelaide Hills are just around the corner and McLaren Vale and the Barossa Valley are an easy drive . Great for solo travellers, couples and families with small children. You can walk to the Adelaide Hills Convention Centre too.

R & R Cabin Tulka, beautiful location ❤️

Self contained new studio apartment (cabin) located in Tulka, 8km south of Pt Lincoln. The cabin overlooks our pool area, with our house on one side and a native veg roadside on the other. It is private and has its own access. There is access to the seafront within metres and free use of kayaks is included. Located in a peaceful and naturally beautiful area, very close to national park, walking, beaches, fishing, mountain bike trials and many other tourist attractions.
