We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb. The location was absolutely perfect, with a stunning beach just steps away. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. Caroline Ann was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything for a seamless stay. Our family couldn’t have asked for a better time!

The house was a good size for 7 people. (mum/dad & 5 boys 16-21) We did not feel like we were on top of each other. Nice size backyard, which alot of cricket was played. The fire pit was well used for the 7 days we were there @ night. Ample space to park two cars and a double jet ski trailer. The beach was only a 5 minute walk from the property. The property also caters for a dog. We brought our dog with us, a chihuahua. The backyard is fully fenced. Close drive to launch our jet ski's. They had all amenities that we needed. I highly recommend this property for a larger group. Thank you so much we had a FANTASTIC time.

This house served us well for extended family over Easter. An amazing deck with a fabulous view. A very comfortable livable house.

Dearnna,s house was even more beautiful than described. The house was easy to find, immaculately clean, all the amenities you could ever need for a very comfortable stay, beautiful garden, lovely clean furniture, linen and cockery. We really enjoyed our stay at Dearnna,s house, our emails and phone calls always answered immediately, communication was outstanding. Dearnna was always happy to help us out, we really felt right at home in her beautiful house. I have stayed in many Airbnb but this stay was the ultimate best by far and highly recommended. We had a lovely stay at Retreat on Janz. The home was clean, cozy, and exceptionally well-stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to extra towels and toiletries. It made our stay so much more convenient and comfortable. The host was friendly and responsive, Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free and relaxing stay!

Allison was easy to communicate with and very responsive. This was a fishing trip and the boat ramp was easy access. The house was exactly as described. The wi-fi was great, with a smart TV so we could enjoy our favourite shows after a hard day on the water. Would thoroughly recommend

We absolutely loved our stay at Graham's Airbnb! The place was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The backyard was a highlight—beautifully maintained with local kangaroos making occasional appearances. It provided a peaceful and scenic backdrop, and our dog loved exploring it. Graham was a great host, very attentive and helpful. We highly recommend this charming retreat for anyone looking for a serene getaway. A perfect stay!

A home away from home. An amazing place to stay. Judi and David made us feel truly at home and nothing was too much to ask. By the end of your stay they are friends rather than air bnb hosts. Everything you could ever need was in there. We would definitely visit here again.

Cathy Dennis and Bonnie were the most beautiful hosts and made our stay perfect. Our unit was so nicely appointed and clean with fruit supplied. It was quiet and peaceful set in the most beautiful gardens could have stayed there forever and enjoyed Cathy and Dennis’s company, would go back in a heartbeat. Close to amenities and recommend the bowling club for meals.

Krystal was extremely friendly and easy to deal with. Great location and amenities, being able to use the hotel pool. Loved that there were fans as well as aircon. Clean and everything you need supplied. The apartment was darker, as in less light, than other towns/cities we stay but, as my husband pointed out, it’s because of the extreme heat in summer, most accomodation in Port Douglas is like that. Would definitely stay again.

We cannot fault our stay. From a great host to perfect home. Super clean, felt very homely. We cannot fault a thing. Top notch.

Liri's place was nice, roomy and what we expected. The only small thing was we were sent to the wrong villa and walked in on another family. After calling through we were easily redirected to our villa. These things happen. We enjoyed our stay and was allowed a late checkout for no extra charge.

This is a great place to stay. The balcony looks out over the main street and across to the beach. What a great spot to stop and relax. Will stay here again for sure. Thank you.

The check-in was quick. The stay was very relaxing, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and dining area. Our best moments were the evenings by the firepit in the backyard, gazing at the stars. The boardwalk was also a nice added touch. The hosts were awesome, and we also enjoyed an evening slideshow session, which was informative.

Our stay was nice and relaxing , the fire pit while overlooking the mountains was peaceful. I would recommend the property to our friends.

We absolutely loved our stay - thank you so much. Within easy reach of Airlie Beach and so quiet giving the opportunity to relax and enjoy the fabulous surroundings. We loved sitting out watching the local wildlife - with a glass of fizz, kindly provided too. The facilities were superb - will definitely be back and recommend!

How to sum up The Billabong. Tranquility, serenity, restfully and peaceful, just a few adjectives that come to mind. We loved our stay at this cottage. Mac & Gaynor were very welcoming and response , great hosts. And as other reviews have mentioned , Gaynor homemade bread was delicious. The cottage is as described, neat and tidy . Sitting on the verandah over looking the billabong was just the tonic to relax by. The antics of the ducks and other abundant bird life was amusing. And then you have Scupper the dog. What a happy chappy he is to have around . Would i stay again? Yes i would and so should you .

Me and my husband had an awesome stay at Marguerites, we couldn’t have asked for anything more really! The cabana had everything needed and was comfortable, clean, and peaceful. The nature, wallabies, birds and noises were just beautiful. The pool relaxing and fresh. The location perfect. Marguerite was lovely and friendly. We’d love to come back one day!

This is a quiet and beautiful place to stay. Lay in the hammock with a book and enjoy your time.

The Garden Cottage at Sayah and Peter's place is attached to their house but, at the same time, very private with separate entrances and surrounded by their lush garden. The bed was very comfy and the shower was good. Everything was tastefully decorated and the kitchen was very well equipped, the best we'd come across on this trip - it also had an excellent L'Or coffee machine! Peter and Sayah were very good hosts with lots of information about - and enthusiasm for - Cooktown, which truly exceeded our expectations as a destination. We had been meaning to go to Cooktown for years, but had never heard anything compelling to make us go, but we were very impressed. The drive from Mount Molloy to Cooktown is one of the most scenic and spectacular we have been on in this part of Queensland, and the road the best, with little traffic.

Great place close to both dingo beach and Hydeaway beach, it was a quite place to stay for the night while in the area
