Ideal for those needing a base to enjoy the delights that Surrey has to offer or somewhere quiet to work from.

Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. The Cottage is the perfect retreat for groups of friends and family to gather together. Whether you’re exploring the Surrey Hills, heading to Wimbledon tennis or enjoying some down time. This is the perfect English Cottage. ‘As you walk through the door it’s as if the Cottage has given you a warm hug’ as quoted by one of our guests. Just a stone throw away in the heart of the village is the newly restored pub ‘The Old Crown’ with a fantastic menu and stunning decor.

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.

The fabulous Grange Park Opera at West Horsley Place (where the TV series “Ghosts” is filmed) is a 3 minute drive away. The spectacular RHS Wisley gardens are 10 minutes away.
