Ideal for those needing a base to enjoy the delights that Surrey has to offer or somewhere quiet to work from.

Nestled walking distance from Esher High Street the apartment is situated across the courtyard of Clive House, a Georgian dwelling built in the middle of the eighteenth century by Clive of India. The newly refurbished accommodation includes : living area, kitchen/ diner and ensuite double bedroom with a kingsize bed. Living includes a new compact and bijou fully fitted kitchen, dining area with wood burner, luxurious sofa and Smart HD TV/ Sonos sound bar as well as complimentary WiFi.

Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. The Dog House is situated in a corner of our garden, in the beautiful Surrey village of Newdigate. Ideal for walkers and cyclists, the village has an award winning real ale pub with great food, a village shop and an Indian restaurant. There are nature reserves and stunning walks and only 15 minutes from Gatwick, access to the airport couldn’t be easier. The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.

The accommodation is a self-contained barn/ stable conversion which you have all to yourselves, accessed from the active stable yard. Explore the many walks around us with miles of public footpaths and beautiful scenery.

Cosy Autumnal Surrey Cottage, moments from Village

The Cottage is the perfect retreat for groups of friends and family to use as a base for the upcoming Autumn/Winter events locally. The Cottage will be fully decorated for Christmas from the 14th November. Whilst the listing states no parties, we are more than happy for family and friends to share Christmas celebrations together. We know how Christmas can be stressful and difficult to plan with many diaries. The Cottage offers the perfect solution!
