I didn’t actually check into this condo. I’m leaving a review because Airbnb and Massanutten worked together well to assist me with my cancelation. Situations like that can get sticky, but they did a great job and I felt like Massanutten deserved the 5 star review.

It was really great for our family to get away for a few days over Thanksgiving! The property is beautiful and peaceful, and the suite was cozy. Overall we enjoyed the flexibility of having a few different rooms, being able to cook (as much as we needed/wanted to), and the fact that the earth room doesn't have windows allowed us to sleep in late. As far as amenities, the tub pretty amazing. I also really enjoyed peeking at some of the crafting books on the bookshelves - the cowgirl room in particular has a workshop feel that I enjoyed! Really grateful we were able to go on this trip - thank you!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Massanutten. The surroundings were nice and clean. The condo we rented from Brenda was spacious, clean and felt like home. We had a 2 bedroom/2bath condo with fireplace, LVP flooring, sectional sofa and balcony with a great views of the mountains and golf course. Everything we need to make meals was available in the condo and grocery stores were just a 10 min drive away. We purchased tickets for the water park and adventure park which had lots to do. We will definitely plan to go back again during the summer months.

We had a very nice stay at Massanutten. Check in and check out procedures were simple and easy to follow. We loved seeing the wildlife.

We have stayed at Susan’s place multiple times now while visiting Sperryville. Such a great location on Main Street, we were able to walk to shops, restaurants and the riverwalk. Such a plus that we were able to bring our pup with us, he loved it too.

We had the best times at the resort! Our place was perfect! So much room and loved having a grill to be able to cook a few family dinners. We are already planning our trip back next summer.

We had a lovely stay at Lili's place. It was very peaceful! We would definitely book again if we were in the area. Lili was very responsive to any questions we had.

We love Massanutten Resort and we got a better deal using Horace and Air bnb than the sale special offered at the resort!

Beautiful location and amenities. Kids loved the arcade and indoor pool!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Woodstone at Massanutten and appreciate Greg offering his timeshare credits at this resort as an Airbnb. Note: this is not Greg's personal home/condo and the actual condo number is assigned by the resort when you check in at the resort lobby (with a very long line but friendly staff). The condo was exactly as Greg described (although you could tell the unit hadn't been used in some time) but it was comfy and cozy - just what we wanted - and we were fortunate to have a gorgeous view. Greg was very responsive from before we booked when I had questions about the property; he responded immediately when we had an 'emergency' on site and he resolved it quickly with Woodstone; and he even sent a local event suggestion the day before we checked out. I would definitely book with Greg again as I know he would make sure that whether it's his actual home or a timeshare he has credits for, he will ensure we are taken care of so we enjoy our stay. Thank you, Greg!

This was just as advertised- we had a little bit of everything for everyone. Quiet, good kitchen, easy to relax for grown ups. Tons of activities around the area for the boys. Even had a side yard for the dog. It looks exactly like the pictures and Kristin was so helpful. Highly recommend!

Wonderful historical home that was perfect for our family with all the inside games and fun outdoor porches! The playground across the street was an extra bonus for the family.

It’s a wonderful spot and perfect place for couples to enjoy a long weekend in the countryside.

You know when you read the reviews and they say "exceeded expectations" so you're expectations are really high? Well, this was one of those homes and somehow it still exceeded our expectations! It was bigger, homier and comfier than we expected. The well furnished kitchen had everything we needed to make dinners at home. Great layout to play family games while watching the World Series. All of the beds were comfortable and it was the perfect placec to come home to after a long day. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Charlottesville, this is it!! Thanks for everything - we'll be back!

We had an excellent stay here! There were many things to do in the home that kept us entertained. Highly recommend this property. The host was very responsive as well.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Shaun’s place! It looked exactly like the pictures and was soooo cute and cozy. It was spacious enough for the 11 of us to hang out and rest comfortably ☺️ We felt right at home. The kids had a blast in the downstairs room with the arcade and teens loved the hot tub. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook and I loved that there was ample linen for us to utilize plus body wash that I forgot lol we didn’t even make it to the indoor water park that’s a few minutes away as planned because we were having so much fun at the home! THANK YOU Shaun for an amazing stay! We loved your place!

We loved our stay. The home was very clean and comfortable. It is located in historic Waynesboro so there’s plenty to see and it’s convenient to Wintergreen. It was very easy to check in and check out. We definitely enjoyed our stay in this very neat home.

The home was perfect for our weekend getaway. There was more than enough space for all guests . Conveniently located to restaurants and activities. Main thing that stood out that could use some improvement; the basement was significantly colder than the rest of the house and it took until the second day for it to get comfortable. The game room stayed colder the entire time and I assume it’s because it was originally the garage and had no hvac available. We had to choose to leave the door open to game room to warm it up when in there but it meant the living space would absorb all that cold air.
