Cozy one bedroom apartment in a Century old house

This first floor one bedroom apartment is in a quiet neighborhood just 4 blocks from Wayne Hospital, 5 blocks from Darke County Fairgrounds and a short 5 minute walk to Downtown Greenville. It sleep up 4. The living room has a queen size sofa bed. There are TVs in both living room and bedroom. Disney, Hulu, Paramount streaming apps included. WiFi is available. It has a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker and microwave. Other features include a washer and dryer and free street parking.

Conveniently located less than a mile from I-70 exit 14, on State Highway 503. This loft is perfect for any stay length for every occasion, and with the electronic door lock system it is perfect for a last minute stop as you’re traveling down the interstate. The Loft shares our building with Flour Bakery, coffee and gift shop, and is a minute's walk from a delicious bistro, antique shops, other gift shops, the library and hardware store. Conveniently located from I-70 at exit 10, The Patch is an 1860 country home on a busy road in northern Preble County. Fully furnished, three-bedroom home. Main floor features a bedroom with a queen-size sleep number bed directly off an open office area, two more bedrooms located upstairs. Walk into the laundry area and kitchen. A large patio provides privacy and relaxation with a view of the farm. Perfect for work crews, stays, or just passing through. Ample parking for various vehicles.

French B&B - Lower Level Apt w/ 2 bedrooms

The French Bed & Breakfast is nestled in the charming town of Frenchtown, Ohio. This B&B has been operating since 1999 and has accommodated many guests coming to visit Darke County. Lower level of our house - it has spacious and quaint accommodations for a reasonable rate. Included: Continental Breakfast, kitchen, great room & patio. Guest rooms on lower level: 2 bedrooms - can be rented individually or as a 2 bdrm apartment (pricing varies based on events - min $75 ea bdrm).

Second floor of an 1865 Tin shop, industrial building. High, open beam ceilings & exposed brick walls. Bathroom features a soaker tub plus a lux walk in shower. The kitchen features quartz counters, a large farmhouse sink, really nice appliances and thoughtful touches everywhere. The wifi is excellent. Have issues with stairs? This is not a good choice for you. If you're up for stairs and want a unique slice of history in a hip package then you will not be disappointed.

The Guest Suite, near I-75 and Hobart Arena

Budget conscious travelers look no further! For less than a hotel enjoy all the same amenities in a cozy, safe, clean, private space. Ideal for single travelers or couples, this space offers a queen size bed with attached full bathroom. The room is connected to our primary residence through a breezeway. Your entrance is private and you can come and go as you please. Located minutes from I-75, Hobart Arena, Arbogast Performing Arts Center, and downtown Troy.

The Cottage Retreat

Whether you are looking for a place to spend some time or just passing through we think you’ll find it quite lovely here. We are just 5 mile off of I70 and centrally located among many places of interest. Go out or stay in. The outdoor living space is pretty spectacular! Private, with a hot tub, fire pit (wood provided), turf to play corn hole. Inside delivers all the comforts of home with full kitchen, laundry, workspace and cozy fireplace.

Just off East Main

Newly renovated home just off East Main Street (five minutes off I-70) in the heart of the Richmond shopping/restaurant strip. This home is steps away from Glen Miller Park where you can enjoy a wooded area walk/run along the paved former golf course paths, tennis courts, picnic areas, fabulous children's playground area, pond, shelters, gazebo, and more. There is also a Pizza King and beverage shop within walking distance.

Relax with family in this calm, stylish space. A one-level ranch in a quiet neighborhood is minutes to the park, shopping and downtown Greenville. We are originally from the area and recently renovated this home for our our own family to use when we visit from out of state a few times a year. We hope others needing a spacious home while in the area for events and family visits can enjoy it too.
