Wide verandahs surround the entire villa offering up spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and the tropical gardens.

The property offers access to two separate beaches - Closest beach access is a mere 225 yards from the property. - Second beach access is 400 yards from the property Kaibus Place is fenced with electronic gate. Grooms Hotel is located (100 yards) across the road and it’s restaurant (when open-based on hotel occupancy) can offer breakfast, lunch and dinner.
