Kenton has great food, retail shops, and bars two blocks away, and guests are a short MAX train ride to Downtown. LGBTQ+ and rec. marijuana friendly. Fully furnished and private one-bedroom 1st floor apartment (newly built in 2021) in the heart of NE Portland. Located in a quiet residential area. Shared salt water spa in backyard. Queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living area. Will sleep 4 comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped: full sized refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. High speed WiFi, cable TV and large dining room table. Walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops. Two blocks from Irving Park.

Smart tvs, hammocks and a rooftop firepit are in the outdoor entertainment area. LGBT & BIPOC friendly. Gym, hot tub and laundry are shared with owners but guests have priority access. Close to Mt Hood Wilderness (45mins) & Downtown Portland (15mins).

Lovely, light-filled, peaceful, spacious, newly built sanctuary cottage w/small enclosed, private backyard in quaint neighborhood. Walk/bike/bus to shops, bars & restaurants on Fremont & Sandy to enjoy the local fare and vibe.
