Boven in Nederland, vlak bij de Waddenkust vindt u dit duurzame en energieneutrale tiny house. Het huisje is met liefde en tot in detail ingericht. Alles wat u nodig heeft is aanwezig. Het is volledig van hout en heeft een oppervlakte van 30m². Het tiny house staat achter op ons terrein en is omringd door een natuurlijke tuin. Hierdoor heeft het een weids uitzicht met veel privacy. De rust en de ruimte in dit schattige huisje voelt als een ware belevenis, een plekje om even bij weg te dromen!

Tiny House in de Groningse weilanden

Geniet van een heerlijk relaxerend verblijf in het Tiny House tussen de dieren in de Groningse weilanden. Het huisje staat midden in het natuurgebied ‘Ae’s Woudbloem’ en u kunt er enorm veel mooie fiets/wandel tochten vinden. Daarnaast heeft u vanuit het huisje prachtig Gronings uitzicht en kunt u met alle rust genieten van uw vakantie/weekendje weg. Stuur mij gerust een berichtje voor vragen of als uw beschikbaarheid niet in onze agenda staat, dan ga ik kijken of ik het voor u kan aanpassen!

Cosy&comfortable house in citycenter; free parking

A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

De Tuinkamer

Onze gezellige centraal gelegen studio van 25 m2 met airconditioning is gezellig en functioneel ingericht. De ligging is zeer rustig. Op loopafstand het Noorderplantsoen, de Vismarkt en de Grote markt op 1 km en het Stadspark op 1,5 km. U kunt gebruik maken van het terras. De studio heeft een eigen ingang, zelf inchecken d.m.v. sleutelkluisje. 2- persoons bed (auping) van 1.80 x 2.00 mtr. Keuken met koelkast, magnetron, inductiekookplaat, waterkoker en Nespresso apparaat.

"Slapers" spacious ground floor apartment & garden

Come and spend the night in my spacious ground floor apartment dating from 1906 with French doors facing the garden! The apartment has its own toilet/shower and a small kitchen. You have a choice of beds, a comfortable queen size bed, single bed, loft bed and a sofa bed. The city center is close by, just like the museum and central train station. Don't hesitate to ask if you require a child's bed, or if you want to bring your dog; nearly everything is possible!

De accommodatie, met eigen ingang, is recentelijk gerenoveerd en is helemaal ingericht voor een comfortabel verblijf. Gedurende de zomer zijn de ruimten heerlijk koel en tijdens de winterperiode behaaglijk warm. De accommodatie ligt op loopafstand ( 5 min.) van het station ( trein + bus). Met de auto is de accommodatie uitstekend bereikbaar, op korte afstand van het Juliana plein, waar de A7 en de A28 elkaar kruisen. Gratis parkeren op eigen terrein.

Helft van woonark met eigen opgang. Schuifraam op het water. Dus de eendjes voeren (of vissen) en zwemmen in de zomer kan vanuit de kamer. Optioneel gebruik van roeibootje. Centrum, supermarkten, IKEA {gratis parkeren}, KFC, MAC, subway sushi cafetaria gezellige kroegjes en meer op loopafstand.
