My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

Jedná se o samostatně stojící nově zrekonstruovaný objekt včetně zahrady, možnost otevření vinného sklepa a degustace vína. Standartně pro 4 osoby. Vzdálenost asi 100m od náměstí. Idelní pro rodiny s dětmi, páry, cyklisty. Popřípadě možnost postavit na zahradě stan. K dispozici kuchyně (lednice, MW trouba, myčka, konvice, kávovar na kapsle). Parkování přímo na uzamčeném pozemku, možnost úschovy kol. Vlastní terasa s grilem a posezením, možnost vinného sklepa, který je také součástí pozemku.

OAKTREEHOUSE - SLEEP IN THE TREEHOUSE

TREEHOUSE is installed on four adult oaks. A wooden bridge leads directly to the terrace with a view of the surrounding trees. The house is connected to the electricity grid. Water is supplied in containers and is used for hand washing and basic hygiene. Inside our treehouse there is a chair and a sofa bed, basic kitchen equipment, electric kettle for water, plates etc. Dry toilet is located 15m from the treehouse. Attic is reserved for sleeping (2 people). Sofa bed is downstairs.

Pracovnú funkciu ateliéru teraz vystriedala funkcia rekreačná a poskytuje možnosť ochutnať výnimočnú architektúru v malom objeme, osadenej tesne nad hladinou jazera aj vám. S oblou zadnou stenou Ateliéru a v mäkkých perinách sa budete cítiť ako v útulnom peliešku:)
