Sauna im Keller, großer TV im Wohnzimmer stehen zur Verfügung. an schönen Abenden können Sie auch gerne im Garten mit dem neuen 2024 Weber Gasgrill grillen. Ein schöner großer Garten lädt zu Entspannung ein. Bei schlechten Wetter steht auch ein Salettl zur Verfügung für 9 Personen.

Das mit viel Liebe errichtete Apartment (ca. 40m²) befindet sich im ruhigen, historischen Altstadtkern und ist mit Fußbodenheizung, Bad/WC sowie einer Küchenzeile ausgestattet. Nahversorger, urige Heurigen und Wander- bzw. Radwege sind ganz in der Nähe.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock unseres Wohnhauses im Weinviertel und kann zur Gänze oder teilweise benützt werden. Sie finden hier ein separates Schlafzimmer und eine sehr geräumige Wohnküche mit weiterem Schlafzimmer und Balkon. 1 Gästeparkplatz ist vorhanden. Unser Haus ist 3km von der nächsten Bahnstation entfernt, Wien ist 50km entfernt. Gäste aus allen Ländern sind uns willkommen !
