Silverstar Barn

Silverstar Barn is located on 10 acres just 3 miles south of Watertown on blacktop road. It is approximately 150 feet from our residence. Rest assure that you will be left alone to enjoy your extended or weekend getaway. We have just completed remodeling the other half of the barn turning it onto another rental. Silver star Stables has it's own entrance and both units have there own patio doors, one facing east, the other west for private outdoor seating. Both units have there own grill as well.

Cozy & Clean Lower Level Suite

Our lower level space is designed to provide you with everything you need! It’s cozy & clean! You’ll have free street parking, your own private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette supplied with several small appliances. Storage space is also available. Self check-in with lockbox. Tall folk beware— this is a basement space! Ceilings are 79in. Bathroom is even shorter. For cat allergy sufferers— we do have cats on main floor but they’re never allowed in the guest space. Lakefront Cozy Cabin - Watertown Kampeska

This lakefront cabin is freshly remodeled in 2013, and includes all the amenities! Warm colors, dog friendly, plenty of parking, great for a summer getaway with the crew, or a winter getaway with the family. Room to beach or anchor a boat, and if the lake is frozen, perfect location to wake right up and head out on the ice to fish. Kayaks available for use! Bedrooms sleep 2 people each, and there is a loveseat and couch in the living room. Two cots also available to sleep additional people.

This colorful, hotel room-like apartment is all brand new. Located on the second floor of a historic downtown building, you will be close to restaurants, businesses and anything in town. Our tiny yet fully appointed kitchen has everything to prepare meals or simply warm them up. Custom-built furniture and lots of color make this one of the more unique rentals in the area. If we wouldn’t use it, we don’t include it. Stay for a night or a week. We’re confident you’ll find everything you need.

The Lodge at the Lake

The Lodge at the Lake is a half-mile from both Bitter Lake and Blue Dog Lake and a few short miles from Enemy Swim, Pickeral, Waubay, and Rush lakes. We are also close to great hunting areas. We have plenty of room for your entire party. Our house features a large TV, wifi, foosball table, 2 stall garage to park out of the elements, outdoor seating and fire bowl, a large grill, and the yard is big to give you some privacy. We have 3 bedrooms and room for at least 10 people to sleep.

Melrose Central

Melrose Central is a ranch style, 4 bedroom home near landmarks in our community. The main floor has a kitchen w/ new appliances, living room, 2 bedrooms w/ King beds, a full bath, a half bath, & a 1 stall, heated, attached garage. Downstairs you will find an area for laundry, 2 bedrooms, a shower room & a common area. We are close to Central HS, NSU, Walmart, Target & the main business strip. Just a few minutes away from many restaurants. Pets allowed only in the heated garage.

Peace of Lake, Apartment suite, Pickerel Lake SD

Located at Pickerel Lake, one of the best clear-water lakes in northeast South Dakota, the apartment above our garage offers guests all-seasons year-round access for fishing, hunting, boating, and water recreation activities on Pickerel Lake and on other area lakes. From a keypadded shared entryway up 16 standard-incline steps to the apartment are two bedrooms, living room, full kitchen, full bath with shower, plus free parking outdoors including area for boat/trailer parking.

Enjoy your summer at the lake. THIS THE LOWER LEVEL OF A HOUSE ON ROY LAKE. It is separate from the upstairs and has its own entrance on the lake. Includes access to dock and close to boat dock. (Our dock is only in the water from May-Sept) 2 bedrooms (1 King bed, 2 queen beds), and large sectional couch. Has kitchenette, private bathroom, gas grill, fire pit. Bring your boat!

Kampeska Lakefront Cottage

You will have access to one side of this lakefront duplex located directly on the lake. This property has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a washer and dryer as well as a fully furnished kitchen. This is the perfect getaway to enjoy the beautiful Lake Kampeska. Bonus: Enjoy a massage in your very own massage chair located in one of the bedrooms.
