This brand new 2 bedroom guest home is perched at the top of the Escondido hill in the gated community of Rancho Villa Real. The living room and covered porch hang out in the tops of the trees overlooking stunning ocean and jungle views. Wake up and step onto the beach! This is a real, Costa Rican experience, including wildlife (which can start very early in the morning:). Enjoy meeting locals, playing in ocean waves, and seeing iguanas and howler monkeys. Villa Margarita is a place unlike any other. The bungalow style apartment sits on the oceanfront of a local Sámaran family’s long-time property. It is one of the few tree-covered areas on Playa Sámara. Glass doors open up to the beach with hammocks and lounge chairs.

Quaint and cozy stand alone guesthouse located in nice residential community, merely 5 min walk to the beautiful Playa Hermosa beach in Guanacaste Province. We are Canadian, however spend considerable time in Costa Rica.
