This home is amazing! You feel like you are staying in a tree house! Way more beautiful than the pictures show! Peaceful yet close to everything too! 10/10!

Saskia is so kind and fun. I'm grateful for my time on her beautiful property. She was very accommodating when I decided to leave early, after seeing how much Nosara has changed. Her land is a haven, tucked away from the bustle in Guiones. So much natural beauty, and lots and lots of animals (dogs, horses, chickens). I would recommend a vehicle if you want to be involved in what's going on around town. I wasn't super comfortable cooking in the kitchen (not the cleanest and only teflon pans), but there's a blender and fridge for fruit, etc. I stayed in the treehouse room, which is so beautiful and open, with the comfiest hammock. Just note that the roosters crow in the trees for like an hour in the early morning (and often sporadically throughout the night). I would absolutely come back for a few days, just with different expectations (and maybe a bike) :)

La Casa Margarita was everything it was listed to be. It has an open layout with a creative floor plan. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, plans, cutlery, & storage containers, as well as blenders, toaster oven, and other cooking appliances. We had no trouble accessing the property, but 4-wheel drive would be advisable – both for here and for accessing some of the beach locations. Waze/Google get you close, but you will need to be shown the last turns the first time. The Paraiso grocery store next to the soccer field carries most of the basics you will need. Although we have been to CR about 10 times, this was our first time in the Guanacaste region. It was hot (90F+) and dry. Fortunately, there was quite a breeze and the heat never felt oppressive. Few bugs, and those that were there weren’t of the biting kind. Howler monkeys were easily visible from the decks almost every day & Turquoise-browed Motmot, Scissor-tailed Flycatcher, & Streaked-backed Oriole were frequent visitors.

This was the most peaceful and unique Airbnb we've ever stayed in. Tracey and her family were so welcoming and she was great with offering recommendations when we asked. Book this place if you have the chance!

10/10: This was an amazing place to stay on our Costa Rica vacation Pros: -secluded, neighbors are far away and covered by trees -beautiful view of nature -the hanging chairs and hammock on the porch were so fun and a great place to chill and relax -clean, well stocked, working appliances -full kitchen with sink, stove, microwave, coffee pot, and even a slow cooker (plus plates, cups, utensils, etc) -host helped us find the treehouses as they are tucked away and responded very quickly on the app -parking included -comfy bed -felt safe and secure -could walk to restaurants and some stores for shopping -very windy, can hear the trees moving outside (could be a con if you're a light sleeper) Cons: -no place to hang anything in the bathroom -the roads are really rough the last mile or so into the location -we couldn't get hot water the second day we were there -very slow tv

This was an amazing experience. Marina is s a wonderful host, everything was as described, very helpful with instructions and fast responses. recommended for sure.

The property is absolutely beautiful! The surroundings and the views are stunning. Lots of wildlife! The cabin and all of the common spaces are so well thought out. You can tell a lot of intention was put into every detail. Very good energy here and I felt very welcome. The hosts were very communicative and helpful! They had an event going on and family in town, but still took time to accommodate us. I was fortunate to do some treatments with Anne. She has such a calming presence and her spa is beyond! She has very unique, advanced offerings! Samantha was also super sweet and helpful and has a very good knowledge of Costa Rica and gave great recommendations. I will definitely return to this place and I would love to plan a retreat and come back with a group. Thank you for everything :)!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft! Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben – sauber eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Gastgeber, der jederzeit erreichbar war und bei Rückfragen oder kleinen Problemen unglaublich schnell und hilfsbereit reagiert hat. Diese Verlässlichkeit hat den Aufenthalt noch entspannter gemacht. Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce petit coin de paradis en nature! Une expérience à faire si vous voulez vivre la vie en jungle avec les singes, les oiseaux, etc. Un 4x4 est plus que nécessaire vu l’état des routes pour s’y rendre mais cela fait partie de l’expérience. Merci encore à Sebastian qui a toujours été disponible.

This place is a complete dream! I cannot explain how much we loved our stay! The architecture and every very single detail put into this house is remarkable. Great romantic getaway for animal/nature lovers. Every morning we got to wake up to birds and monkeys. Gorgeous sunrises/ sunsets! Tried most of the recommendations on Crista’s list and they did not disappoint! She was extremely helpful and responded very quickly! Can’t wait to stay again!!

We loved our stay at this Monteverde AirBnB! The highlight was definitely the porch and hammocks—perfect for relaxing and watching for wildlife. We spent hours out there, and were lucky enough to have a group of curious coatis come right up for a visit. The high windows throughout the house made us feel like we were truly up in the trees, with amazing views and lots of natural light. Evenings were magical: we enjoyed unforgettable dinners at Hotel Belmar, watching lightning dance on the horizon, and had a once-in-a-lifetime meal at San Lucas Treetop Dining Experience. Both are absolute musts! If you’re looking for a peaceful, immersive stay in Monteverde with a true “in the clouds” vibe, this is the place. Highly recommended!

This spot is maybe the dreamiest, most unique and gorgeous place I've stayed at. The wonderful indoor/outdoor concept makes you feel like you are completely immersed in the nature surrounding the property. The pool is deep, offering the perfect spot to cool off and refresh. The bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen offers everything you might need! The guard who lives on the plot (not effecting the privacy of the house) added an extra level to "peace of mind". Note: In unit washer & dryer is no longer offered here (I think as of very recently as we had seen it offered when we booked) so keep in mind when booking a stay for more than a few days.

Lovely little getaway. Beautiful views, clean and cozy. The bed was so comfortable and it rained the night we stayed so it was relaxing listening to it patter. Close to many activities including Monteverde forest hikes and night walks and Selvatura. Great communication. Would definitely stay again.
