This house has a pool and a grill for barbeque in the backyard which has a nice view to the ocean, just ideal for family and friends. We are located at less than 5 minutes from restaurants, night clubs, the marine and beaches, and only a few steps from the golf club. In the exterior we also have 2 half bathrooms, a shower, a bar/table for 10 people and a 10,000 lts cistern

Casita "Custó" muy cerca del mar

Casita "Custó" (Cousteau), es completamente nueva y tiene una ubicación céntrica, pero tranquila. Tiene acceso libre a la playa a menos de 200 pasos, además de restaurantes, cafeterías y bares. No se requiere carro para disfrutar de los alrededores caminando. La casita es completamente nueva (2024) y lista para disfrutarse. La alberca ya está disponible! por el momento la alberca no cuenta con caldera :)
