Guelmim-Es Semara : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hans and Soukaïna’s property. Their hospitality was excellent, with regular updates and check-in texts from Hans making sure we were okay, organising meal times and even providing wonderful recommendations for things to do around the city. Their administration, from our pick up at the airport to checking in and out, was seamless. The option to use a trusted driver for transport throughout our stay - Majid - was extremely convenient for us. The villa itself was wonderfully decorated, clean and fitted with the best amenities. My son really enjoyed using the pool, which was heated, cleaned and kept well. Fatima graciously cooked a lovely breakfast for us each day, which my entire family throughly enjoyed. The villa’s surroundings are stunning and its location within a gated community with dedicated security adds safety. Overall, we had an amazing time in Villa Palmeraie Golf. We’d definitely recommend this property and would love to stay again.

Perfect location surrounded by well kept gardens within a complex of similar houses. The property was compact and perfect size for 2-4 people, very clean and lovely rooftop seating. Easy/short walk to the beach with endless stretch of sand to walk on. Lovely to sit with the veranda windows open in morning/evening listening to the birds. Unfortunately the complex pool is being renovated, so if you want to swim/laze by the pool you can ask to use the Ocean Dunes House/Hotel which charges 100 dhms/day (but it was worth it as I loved to swim each day, albeit cold). Not near to town or restaurants so it is best to have a car - I walked up to the paragliding hotel most days for a coffee (good to watch gliders take off and nice breeze/views). We would definitely stay again.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful house. While the pictures on the site looked great, the reality is even better. Mina, the owner, was very kind and accommodating throughout our engagement, and she made extra efforts to accommodate our partie’s early flight, which we greatly appreciated. Hamou, who looks after the house, welcomed us warmly and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. His support went above what was required, and we truly appreciated his presence. The house itself is stunning, with spacious and comfortable interiors. Most rooms are en-suite, and the living spaces are well-designed and enjoyable. The addition of the pool table was a fun bonus that we made great use of during our stay. The outdoor area was particularly beautiful , with lovely trees and a large pool. Everything you need to relax and take in the surroundings. Overall. We truly enjoyed our stay and would totally recommend.

Incredible property with airy architecture and a commanding view of the ocean and epic sunsets. The perfect place to unwind. We'll be back!

Lovely family stay, Rachid was friendly & helpful aswell as Ahmed the gate man who was lovely, the villa is spacious & well equipped with the gym & inside pool which was good for the kids, rooms are big & beds comfy, the outside space is nice & there’s tortoises in the garden which the kids loved to feed, the location is great with a car it’s right near croc parc, the surrounding area is peaceful & there’s local shops nearby with a small market aswell as bakeries etc please visit here if staying the prices are so much lower than central agadir & it’s putting money back into the local people. We loved going down & buying the fresh bread, fruit & cakes. I would say the kitchen wasn’t that great to cook for the 5 of us we struggled & the oven glass kept falling out aswell as some things hadn’t been cleaned at all, there’s no sun loungers either but the majority of the time we found that the garden is in the shade due to the position of the Villa.

Die Umgebung der Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig und man hat von der Terrasse aus einen schönen Ausblick über die Statt auf das Meer. Von der Bushaltestelle sind es ca. 15min zu Fuß berg auf. Charaf ist immer gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank

Nour's villa was exactly as it is in the photographs. The location was excellent with panoramic views of the mountains. We had hired a car and conveniently located to drive around to different towns easily. Access to the private pool was a real plus and we had a few days of just lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun. Nour was extremely responsive and an excellent host. We will certainly be back again.

très bel appartement je le mets dans mon top 3 des appartements que je loue sur Airbnb depuis 9 ans. hote très réactive toujours disponible l'appartement est encore mieux que sur les photos, résidence surveillée 24h/24h dans un quartier chic avec restaurant de très bonne qualité juste en bas de la résidence franchement niveau qualité prix y'as rien à dire

super great place ! we loved the terrace sunsets and the apartment has everything you need. Mirleft is a great Village with nice restaurants and shops nearby. Legzira is 20 minutes by car. Younes is super kind and helpful and very responsive. We highly recommend !

L'appartement de Loubna correspond exactement à l'annonce. Il y avait tout le nécessaire pour s'y sentir chez soi. Loubna a été arrangeante et très réactive lors de nos échanges. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux, tout était conforme à l'annonce, propre, bien équipé et très agréable à vivre. Mais ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c’est l’accueil chaleureux et la disponibilité de Mouhcine. C’est rare de tomber sur un hôte aussi à l’écoute, bienveillant et attentionné. Il a tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions, et nous l’en remercions sincèrement. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette expérience et nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés : une adresse à retenir absolument si vous venez à Agadir !

Apartment was very spacious and comfortable for five of us. Apartment block was well maintained and felt very safe. Lots of cafes and shops nearby. Beach was a short walk away as was the souk. Host was really flexible with check in and check out times. Nice clean pool and quiet block.

Idéalement situé au calme proche du Palais Royal et à 5 mns à pied de Marjane et de commerces, à 15 mns en voiture du grand souk ou bien de la mer, le logement est très bien agencé, très propre, conforme à la description, dispose de tous les outils cuisine, et Houda est une hôte accueillante, proactive et flexible. Le rapport qualité/prix est exceptionnel. J'y suis revenu pour la troisième fois avec toujours autant de plaisir.

Mes 3 enfants ado,ma femme et moi avons passe un très bon séjour à Agadir et l appartement y a beaucoup contribué ! Spacieux, confortable, paisible , très propre, très bien équipé …magnifique! Nous sommes habituellement exigents mais c est vraiment la première fois que je ne trouve aucun défaut à un appartement! qualité d accueil exemplaire. Nous recommandons vraiment ce lieu et bien évidemment reviendrons ici même avec grand plaisir, car beaucoup de choses sont encore à découvrir ici. Merci encore pour tout! J’ai passé un excellent séjour chez Abdallah ! L’accueil a été chaleureux dès le premier jour, et tout au long de mon séjour, il s’est montré disponible pour toutes questions. Le logement était parfaitement conforme à la description, propre, calme, bien situé, et idéal pour un long séjour. Abdallah a su créer un lieu où l’on se sent comme chez soi. Super vue. Bon appartement globalement même si une légère vétusté commence à s'installer. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Très bel appartement, familial, très propre et bien équipé. Une résidence moderne sécurisée et au calme. Nous nous y sommes sentis chez nous au bout de quelques minutes ( le temps de défaire les valises 😀) L'appartement est bien situé et vos avez l'essentiel d'Agadir à 10 minutes. Enfin Jamal a pensé tous ce qui peut rendre notre séjour agréable. Nous avons reçu toutes les informations nécessaires, des conseils et recommandations ( lieux, restaurants...) avant et tout au long de votre séjour. Pour une première expérience Airbnb, nous ne pouvions pas rêvez mieux.
