We attended a convention at the ICON and Adele's place was perfect because it's only 3 minutes away from the venue. It's also close to the festive walk mall and parade where various restaurants and establishments are located. Easy to get around also especially when you use Grab. Check-in was easy. Staff was friendly and accomodating. When we arrived inside the place, I loved how clean and spotless the place was when we arrived. Felt like everything was new. The place fit the 4 of us, which is a plus. Adele was very responsive to our questions and was easy to communicate with. Amenities was also great. Totally recommend the place. Will definitely book the place again when we go back.

the actual location is revealed only after booking and was surprised that is actually proximate to my favorite pasyalan K Town, Festive Walk/Mall. i rented the room for my brother's family who flew very very late. the room was ready even before 3pm so i was able to check it out. i saw others' review about it super clean and was consistent to what i observed. the host was responsive which i appreciate. their stay was short but they rest well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As usual the place is perfect. Two rooms for the price of one, a separate full kitchen with spacious balcony, inclusive parking (this alone costs $$$ in other places but here it's free!!! ) large desks for WFH in each room, nice new TV... Walking distance from the mall, a hidden gem of a cafe in the subdivision.... The kitchen with balcony was great for our cook-outs and hanging out with friends and relatives, and on top of that a caring and responsive host! This has now become our home away from home in Iloilo. So lucky to have discovered MJ's Airbnb many years ago. Value-wise it really really really can't be beat!

We had such a great time! The airport-to-villa transfer was super easy – they took care of everything, from the van ride to the boat trip. It was hassle-free. They arranged a land tour of Guimaras Island for us, and we loved exploring. The island hopping was definitely the highlight – so much fun! The villa is exactly like the photos – peaceful, with an amazing view that I couldn’t get enough of. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and my daughter loved it. She even said she didn’t want to leave – it really felt like home. The owner and staff were friendly and accommodating. We could cook our meals, but if we didn’t feel like it, they were happy to prepare food for us. Everything was so comfortable. Oh, and they made my birthday extra special! They surprised me with a cake and sang happy birthday. so sweet and thoughtful :) The view was our favorite part – surrounded by islands and the sea, it was worth every penny. Thank you sooo much Team La Roca!! Can't wait to go back! ❤️

We had such a great time here, the pictures don't even do justice how beautiful the area and the property really is! Paul was very helpful with giving tips and making sure everything was fine during our stay, and Gloria and Johnny were just amazing and such sweethearts helping us with everything we needed. We did island hopping, went to nearby beaches, town central and mango plantation with tricycle and participated in karaoke party with locals. What a great experience and would love to visit again! One thing that I'd do differently next time is to get breakfast items and snacks with us beforehand before arriving to the accommodation, as the location is quite remote! But Gloria helped and cooked for us when we arrived so we didn't get empty stomachs :)

Spacious house with many rooms. Very comfortable beds. Amazingly beautiful chandelier in living room towering over staircase. Equipped with everything. Close to main market and hub of street food and activities. Urban but safe!

We had an amazing stay at Jorja’s place for over two weeks! The location was perfect—conveniently close to town and my family, yet in a peaceful area with little traffic, making it a truly relaxing retreat. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and had a wonderful homey feel. Everything we needed was provided, especially in the well-equipped kitchen. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The garden was beautifully maintained, and we loved spending time on the balcony, enjoying the fresh air and gentle breeze. With few neighbors around, it felt extra private and peaceful. Most importantly, my daughter and I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The bed, linens, and pillows were all fresh and incredibly comfortable. We truly felt at home here. Highly recommend Jorja’s place, and without a doubt, we’ll be back next time we’re in Dumangas!

The unit is clean and provided with balcony..perfect for guests who smoke. Host is very responsive and accomodating..the only thing i was disappointed was my daughter wasnt able to swim in the pool coz its under repair and we werent able to sleep well at night coz the videoke sound from outside gets into the room very loudly..but still we enjoyed our stay..will definitely book this place again! Thank you!

It is always great when you get a host that goes out of their way to make the stay comfortable. Chiechie was quick to respond to the issues faced. Despite facing some initial problems at the unit (plumbing) and lack of amenities (soap/shampoo), the host was quick the try and rectify the issue with maintenance. Always reassuring to have a host like this when you’re travelling for work/leisure.

Great value in a super nice condo. Small studio but good use of space and has everything you need for your stay. Super friendly security staff and walk to festive mall area. Patio has great sunsets and early am views. Gym and pool is nice too. Nice place to stay.
