This private palapa casita embodies the desert-meets-tropics experience of San Carlos, Mexico. The spacious open floor plan inside includes one queen bed, a full bathroom, a stocked kitchen, and a large countertop/bar for food preparation, eating and entertaining. The large balcony/patio outside includes a charcoal grill, and wicker furniture. The following utilities are Included: AC, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, purified drinking water via garrafon (a large jug), space heater and basic consumables.

The unit sits in the same lot as the shark shack and surf hut, is located near a restaurant and dive shop and has potential for some generator noise.

The master bedroom is upstairs, 4-post king bed, and downstairs is another king bed. We have the best WiFi in the whole town now. . We are a lovely property with 6 beautiful 1 bedroom casitas located in a private compound steps off the ocean in a tranquil neighborhood called Quinta Maria. We are a 5 minute drive to the village of Los Barriles and a 5 minute walk to Tres Palapas pickleball courts. All of our beautiful casitas have full kitchens, Wi-Fi, 55" TVs, A/C, king size beds, sofa, and large patios with tables and chaise lounges. We offer light housekeeping. Adults only no pets. This 1906 home was previously owned by well known muralist Rose Johnson, the home retains many of her original faux finishes. Stay as long as you like in this long or short term rental with covered porch and outdoor furniture. There is easy parking on the street in front of the house and just 8 steps up to the front door.
