Our stand alone southwestern bunkhouse offers comfortable accommodations in a very unique setting, surrounded by thousands of acres of the Coronado National forest. Located in the desirable Sonoita/Elgin area of Southern Arizona. Near Parker Canyon Lake! From just soaking up the quiet serenity for a day or two, to an adventure filled longer stay, we can help tailor your experience to enjoy the many different things to see and do in the area.

THE HILL HOUSE -Sea and Mountain views-

Perched on the mountain, The Hill House with king size bed has three large windows and view deck that look out over the desert valley and the National Marine Park. This unit is located at the end of a road with no traffic and is close enough and within a 10 minute walking distance to dive shops, restaurants and hiking trails. This unit has Starlink internet. Parking is on site. The house is not set up for parties, loud music and children under 12 years old, No A/C, solar powered unit.

Peaceful, Private Garden Casita

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

Katie's Cozy Cabins

Our cabins are totally unique and feature A/C, heating, Ceiling Fans and each room has an additional fan. The kitchenette featuring a sink, a hot plate with two burners, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The cabin sleeps 4 people. The upstairs loft sleeps 2 in a full size bed and a private room downstairs has a full size bed as the button bunk bed. The living room couch does not fold out. The porch has a swing. There are two charcoal BBQ grills.
