The location makes it easy to catch the bus in town, hit the slopes, and has mountain bike trails right out the door. This is a 2 story unit with a loft including a couch offering additional privacy from the main living area. Washer and dryer is onsite in the complex (not in unit).

Centrally located in the Gunnison Valley, the loft is in downtown Gunnison and is walking distance from shops, restaurants, grocery stores and WCU. In the summer, you can enjoy hiking, biking, ATV trails, fly fishing, rafting, horseback riding and golfing. Crested Butte is 30 minutes away and the wildflower capital of Colorado. In the winter, Crested Butte Ski resort and Monarch Mountain are 45 minutes away.

Gowdy Suite 1 Open All Year Gowdy Properties

The Gowdy Suite 1 is located on the ground level with private entrance and screened porch. The bedroom consists of a king size bed and 32 inch TV, the kitchen has all standard necessities and then some, the living area has a couch a chair recliner and a 42 inch TV. The bathroom has a shower and blow dryer and extra towels. OHVs are only allowed to travel on Hwy 149 from June 13th until September 30th
