The area is well known for dark skies and great star gazing. Unlimited outdoor activities, superb wine tasting at local vineyards and easy access to Telluride, Aspen and Crested Butte. Very private space in lower level with walkout patio. Spacious bedroom has one queen bed. Two twin beds are in the oversized common space.

This rustic yet charming historic cottage sits removed from the rest of the property, surrounded by verdant lawns and shady trees, with views of the horse paddock and the farm fields. The hoots of the owls and the cries of the red tail hawks will accompany your stay and evening meditations.

Sunshine Cottage

Live like a local in our cozy little cottage! We renovated a garage which is located by our house on 10 acres of land and recently put in a seating area with Pergola. Our land is south facing on a mesa with a beautiful view of the mountains. We grow 5 acres of medicinal herbs, vegetables and berries. Lots of coming and going on the farm so hopefully you like people and be prepared for a lot of activity. Looking forward to hosting you:)

welcome to a working cattle ranch! the 600 square foot cabin has a woodburning stove, a large fenced yard, and privacy. you will be the only other house on our 185 acre ranch. located 10 miles east of Gunnison, there is plenty of room for parking so if you have your snowmobiles or off road atvs with you, you will have no problem turning around! you will have views of hay meadows, an arena, and horse pastures. we are pet friendly!
