Ninh was a great host as the guests mentioned in their reviews. She always tries to help guests with her plenty of information as a local. Her homestay also is run as a café and restaurant, so you don’t have to go far when you need food or drinks. While her homestay is located a bit away from the main tourist attractions—which was the main reason I chose it—you can consider that when planning your trip. Thanks Ninh for your great and kindly support.

Exceptional value for money. We booked two private bungalows side by side for our family of 5. It’s in a beautiful quiet corner of Tam Coc between the lake and river, but only minutes from the heart of the town. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast on the river was nice and the banana pancakes were the best we’ve had in Vietnam. Overall this is a brilliant value offering, thank you for the hospitality

Excellent place to stay, super clean and tidy, great location, friendly and responsive host, had everything we needed, the pillows and bed linen was so comfy. I would highly recommend staying here. 10/10

MEILLEUR AIRBNB que nous avons pu réserver de tout notre voyage en Asie. Nous sommes un groupe de 4 amis et nous avons séjourner dans le Homestay pendant 5-6nuits. Arrivée flexible ! Nous avons pris un bus de nuit et nous sommes arrivés à 5h du matin au Homestay, l’hôte nous a accueilli avec un grand sourire et nous a aidé à monter nos valises. L’hébergement offre également un petit déjeuner gratuit à la carte… un bonheur à chaque réveil. L’hôte met également à disposition des vélos gratuitement pour se balader dans les environnements, qui plus est magnifiques. Enfin, l’hôte a pris le temps de nous présenter les activités de Ninh Bình… Malheureusement la ville a été frappé par le typhon Yagi aux derniers jours de notre séjour… Comme nous étions au dernier étage du Homestay, le bruit pouvait être dérangeante, mais l’hôte et sa famille nous a tout de suite proposé les chambres aux étages d’en dessous. Séjour tout simplement parfait grâce à l’hôte et sa famille.

Logement très agréable. Tân et sa famille sont accueillants et de bon conseil.

Very nice apartment with a stunning view. The swan lake is very nice for a morning run. Betty was always helpful, even in the late evening.

Great place

the apartment is lovely. spacious clean low noise in surrounding apartments the view is beautiful.. I have no problem staying here there are shops restaurants all around.. read the contract as electricity you must pay for. the host responds quickly the apartment came with a free clean . there is a fry pan a pot glasses plates forks spoons cleaning products shower gel toothpaste and brushes if you forget your own. I'd book there again it is perfect for long term stay.

This place is amazing. Outstanding views, very clean, everything was amazing. The host is the friendliest and most responsive host I’ve ever had, he is extremely helpful. This Airbnb was one of the better airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. With the views, and Ecopark, and the restaurants, I give this a 10/10 and would 100% rent it out again. I stayed for a month and it was super nice coming back from the bustling markets in old town to the peaceful Ecopark. If you have children there is a park across the street that stretches all the way down the lake. There are plenty of restaurants around that are extremely delicious and easy to order. The price, the host, and the area, make this stay a must. This is your sign to BOOK IT NOW. They have a soundbar, great tv, and every amenity you need. I loved it. Smelled clean and it was clean. Purified water tap, and convenience store downstairs. Elevator is spacious. Security downstairs at night and I felt safe. Stay here.

Wonderful stay for us 4 days 3 nights. It's like an oasis with food paradise right at the bottom of the building and different coffe houses, restaurants at the opposite side and around; gorgeous green jogging and walking area; convenient for parking. The host is super nice and fast, she can provide all related information you need. Appreciate that she let us use swimming cards for 3 for free. Worth your money!

If you want to get out of the city, no traffic, or noise. This is excellent location. It is 30-45 min away from old town but if you’re looking to relax no need to go far .

We stayed in this apartment for a month and were very happy here. If we were to come to Eco Park again, this would be our apartment of choice again. Pros: - Nice, friendly interior - Big, comfy couch and big living room area - Comfy beds - Nice, warm shower - Good kitchen table and kitchen with utensils - Comfy chairs - Good working desk in one of the bedrooms - Aircon /heater Cons: - If you're here during the colder months like January, as we were, it can get a little bit cold (if you don't have the heater on constantly). But that's the case in most other apartments too.

This place is truly a gem! I don’t even know where to start — there are so many amazing things to say. The apartment is stunning, with a beautifully designed kitchen and living room filled with natural light. It’s equipped with all the appliances you need for cooking, and it looks exactly like the photos. One of my favorite parts was watching the sunset right from the flat and the balcony. The building is part of a luxurious five-building complex, complete with saunas, swimming pools, gyms, restaurants, and more. It’s located right in front of the beautiful Swanlake Park, offering a peaceful, green environment. There are plenty of outdoor playgrounds for children, and even small indoor playgrounds in each building. Our host, Phuong, was absolutely wonderful — very proactive, friendly, and quick to respond to any messages. She helped me out on multiple occasions and shared lots of useful tips about the area and Vietnam overall. I would happily stay at her place again!
