Gångavstånd till flera matbutiker, restauranger & apotek. 10 min promenad till Järvafältets naturreservat & en visningsgård med får, grisar, kor, getter, höns & hästar

Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Situated 5 minutes walking distance from the train/bus station (20minutes from Arlanda airport, 15 minutes from Stockholm central station by train). Close to shopping center, parks, and 15-minutes walking distance from the sea. The flat is composed by a living room with a sofa bed and access to a terrace, a sleeping area with double bed, a children's bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.
