Home offers boat lift of 12klbs. Home is 1min away from the famous Nav bar and restaurant with a boat ramp open to the public. Stores and other restaurants are 9-15 mins away. The living room has a 65 " smart TV,wall mounted with a LCD Fireplace below with surround sound- All TV's have Netflix.The bar room has a small refrigerator,pool table and dart board.Outside has a private lanai with Heated pool and a propane firepit.Enjoy the sonos sound with 55" smart TV in the Master bedroom the second bedroom also has a TV. Sea Blue - 3/2 Home with Screened-in Heated Pool

We trust you will enjoy our lovely home, Sea Blue Vista. We’ve tried to include everything you’ll need for an great stay, including a well-supplied kitchen, an office space, a small library, enough comfortable beds (and pullouts) for everyone, a heated pool, a grill, and sufficient patio furniture. If you get a chance, visit my personal favorite, the nearby Peace River Garden. Also check out Port Charlotte Beach Park (8 miles away) or Ponce De Leon Park and on-site wildlife refuge (free).

Rest Cottage on Peace River

Step back in time when you stay in this Army Air Corps Officer's home. Minutes from the airport, this charming cottage sits on a large, private lot with a beautiful, tiled saltwater pool, large royal palms, detached bunkhouse with 3 beds (3rd bedroom), a covered outdoor dining area and outdoor shower. Walk down a quiet, shady street for world class fishing and kayaking on the Peace River. Punta Gorda is a picturesque, historic town with an abundance of shopping and dining.

Amazing Peace River Views

House is a 2 bed, 2 bath layout. The Master bed is a king bed and the guest bedroom is a queen. Both bedrooms have walks in closets with easy and convenient shelving and built in hampers. The laundry is stocked with liquid soap and fragrance free powder with fast efficient machines. There are speakers in the house, lanai and pergola. You will be able to control them via your phone. There is a desk work area with extra monitor for laptops and a printer for your use.

2 room suite private bathroom & entry.

Enjoy your own 2 room suite in this lovely secluded neighborhood. The bamboo floors and light colored wood make your space bright and cheerful. The back yard features a 2 story tiki hut, hammock, fire pit, and dock for your relaxation. Arrive by land or by sea. The sailboat access canal is only 300 yards from the Peace River and the dock is powered 110V. The home is at the end of a cul-de-sac with a large open area in front of the house.

Quaint Cottage w/access to Peace River canoe/kayak

This 2.2 cottage located on 10+ acres features waterfront view and ample parking. Tranquility and paradise intersect here. There are multiple buildings on site, so you may see other guests. There are kayaks and canoes on property. First come first serve. There is a boat ramp on property you are welcome to use for boats or kayaks. No smoking and No animals. We are a farm, so we cannot allow outside animals to the property.
