We really enjoyed the stay, the backyard was amazing and perfect for our pup, the place was clean, peaceful and quiet and exactly as listed. The road you cross to get to the river is pretty quiet and when pulling in/backing out there’s plenty of view to do so safely. We loved having the front and backyard to enjoy, and the river was beautiful, we hope to visit again!

5 Stars – A Perfect Peaceful Getaway! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful corner-lot property! The view was stunning and made for a perfect backdrop to relax and unwind. One of our favorite parts of the trip was feeding the deer — such a unique and peaceful experience that made us feel even more connected to nature. The location was ideal, just a short distance from the neighborhood boat launch, which made getting out on the water super convenient. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene escape with great amenities and a thoughtful host!

The place was very cute. I loved the location. It was close to Fredericksburg, but still far enough to be quiet. The place was clean and exactly as described. I enjoyed the coffee that was provided as well. The host was very responsive and quick to communicate. I would love to stay here again.

This home was great for the group of us that came into town. House was extremely clean, and had great recommendations as well. House looks just like the photos and was in a great place. Would definitely stay here again. The snack box with candy was also a hit and a great touch.

I really enjoyed my stay in Teresa’s humble abode! It was quiet, comfortable, clean, roomy, and had special touches throughout. Coffee, tea, water. Binder of local menus for easy decision making on food outings. Covered parking which is essential during severe weather season!

I booked this home for my family for a weekend together and it was absolutely perfect. It was spacious, the pool sparkly clean and instantly felt welcoming. We loved staying here. The views were absolutely beautiful. The cabin was super cute and had everything you would need. It was so peaceful. The host, Krisitie, was very nice and helpful for anything we needed. We loved the donkeys and how friendly they were. We would definitely stay here again.
