This is a one-bedroom unit in a 3-unit building w/ 1 parking space. The space is completely separated from the other units in the building. The third floor living room and bedroom have a great view over the surrounding buildings. There is a spacious bathroom, with clean fresh towels, and some basic necessities, hair dryer, etc. The kitchen is new with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. All kitchenware is supplied and some basic cooking items are provided. A drip coffeemaker is provided.

Welcome to country living! We live on a serene 12 acre lot in the country just minutes from I-70 (Exit 79 E bound/Exit 85 W bound). We offer a clean and cozy lower-level apartment with a private entrance, 2 bedrooms/1 bath, snack/coffee bar with an assortment of snacks, tea, and coffee, a living room, reclining sofa, pool table, electric fireplace, RokuTV, small table/2 chairs and an outdoor patio area. We are located on a 250-acre family farm with a walking path, woods, creek, and cabin.

We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. Space includes a 3 season room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, patio with picnic table, and a large yard. Breakfast items are provided. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.

Garden Oasis

This is an Apartment on the end of a house. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy the garden of flowers, trees, fruits, and vegetables. This quaint space is private and has its own entrance. There is no access to the main part of the home. You may occasionally see me or my husband out in the garden. We are a quiet couple. Your patio area is private. You may pick from the garden. We enjoy visiting if you like. The home does have cats and we do share ventilation.
