We can sometimes accommodate early check in, or late check out, but only if requested well in advance. Due to cleaning schedules and bookings such requests cannot be approved with short notice. *24 and older to book.

And with the front porch sunsets second to none, you will love making a splash at the Mermaid Cottage!

Lots of board games, ping-pong, foosball & pac-man table for fun! Large yard, grill, fire pit & beach gear. Nightlife, Casinos, Coliseum, restaurants, shops, parks, aquarium, & golf nearby.

Private dock for fishing and boat docking. 2 blocks from downtown Ocean Springs shopping/restaurant district on Government street. It features a 12” gel foam queen bed and a full size couch. This one-bedroom historic cottage in Old Town Bay St Louis named Leo's House is the ideal spot in the Bay.  It is a peaceful retreat in the heart of Old Town Bay St Louis.  The cottage is just steps from the best shopping, restaurants, and nightlife that Bay St Louis has to offer.  Once you arrive at Leo's House, you have no reason to get back in your car.  The cottage is short walking distance to the beach, Bay St Louis Municipal Harbor, and shops and restaurants.  BSL028
