It offers a perfect base for a countryside holiday, whether you're wanting to explore the local area, or relax in the barn. Downstairs is a shower room, and open plan living kitchen space. Moo’s is our converted stone cottage with a lovely living kitchen with cast iron stove and a vintage country feel. A handmade turned staircase leads up to the en-suite bedroom with metal bed stead and roll top bath. Adjacent there is a spacious covered patio area with seating, dining and storage, which looks across to an outdoor patio with fruit trees seating and parking space.

Maltkiln House Annexe is the perfect getaway for two people who love to be in the countryside. You can enjoy uninterrupted views sitting at the bottom of the garden which is your own space. The Annexe dates back to the 16th century and is full of charm. You can walk from our Annexe straight up onto the Cleveland way where you can walk or bike for miles. Our Annexe is a popular stop off for people walking the coast to coast. We are also very close to some great pubs and restaurants.

Pheasant's Roost

Set within a hillside in Ryedale sits Pheasant's Roost. This unique underground home offers comfort and scenery all in one. The private hot tub and patio over look the Howardian Hills. It also the perfect place to watch the sunset and later on the gaze at the beautiful clear night skies. If wildlife is your thing, there is plenty to see from our resident barn owl to the deer grazing in the early morning. This spacious pod has a fully equipped kitchen and underfloor heating.

Old Forge in Wrelton, North Yorkshire.

This cottage, in the village of Wrelton near Pickering, was a 19th century blacksmith's forge and has now been renovated into a delightful living space complete with fully-equipped kitchen, large living room area, bathroom with walk-in shower and a cosy bedroom located on a mezzanine floor which is reached via a spiral staircase. The Old Forge offers a great location for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Yorkshire.
