THIS IS AN OPEN STUDIO WITH QUEEN BED, SMART TV, WIFI, SMALL KITCHENETTE WITH MICROWAVE, TOASTER OVEN AND SMALL FRIDGE. WE SIT ON A SMALL CANAL WITH BOAT RAMP AND DOCKAGE FOR SMALL SKIFF AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTRA FEE. BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS! VERY COZY! ALSO NEXT DOOR TO THE DELICIOUS SANDWHICH SHOP AND FRISCO SHOPPING CENTER!

This jewel is just steps from the Ocean, in the heart of Buxton. A Private one Bedroom suite, attached to our family home. A private entry and porch, overlooks visiting deer & wildlife. Tasteful decor, well stocked kitchen. Relax in a quiet, safe neighborhood, only a 2-3 minute walk across the street to the beach! Enjoy the use of our family pool (approx. May 1- Oct 15) & hot tub. If a 1 or 2 night opening is left between bookings, send an "inquiry" & I will open those days for a booking!

Welcome to Windwatch Cottage! A relaxed coastal vibe mixing old world cottage with a modern design touch. This home boasts one of the best views in the Outerbanks with direct access to the water and own pier. Sip your morning coffee with a breath-taking sunrise & experience the colorful sound sunset from the warm hot tub! Grab the paddle boards or kayak from the closet, and take in all the sound has to offer from the water. Oceanside beach, coffee shops, restaurants & bar are a short walk.

Surf Bus

The surf bus is a beautiful boho style cottage, with a full bed, sitting area and kitchen. The bath house is separate. To those of you that have been here before, the new location is just as magical but definitely different than the previous spot. The outdoor shower allows you enjoy sunshine, moonlight and starlight. It is also very spacious. The yard is sunny and open with a picnic table and grill. Perfect for the more adventurous:) Must be mobile and agile to enjoy :)

Scarborough town Surfstead w/ hot tub

Come and enjoy old Avon Village on a quiet one way street. The Surfstead suite offers an eclectic blend of island history, craftsmanship and comfort in one of the oldest houses on Hatteras island. There is a private deck and entrance leading into a living and dining area equipped with a Roku tv. Prepare your meals in the fully stocked kitchenette. The bedroom boasts a queen size bed with another Roku tv, and a full bathroom with a custom tile shower. A private hot tub too!

Light + Airy Frisco Apartment, Steps from Beach!

Welcome to Green Gates! This light and airy space is designed with peace and recharge in mind! This studio apartment is located just seven houses from the beach in Frisco--a quick 2 minute walk or an even quicker bike ride. Sleep well in a cozy king bed wake up and enjoy your coffee on a tucked-away patio. The space feels tucked away and is equipped with a mini fridge, griddle, waffle maker, coffee essentials, rice maker, and more. We'll see you soon!

This lovely little beach getaway is located in Hatteras Village, with easy driving access to beach or sound in either direction. Whether it’s renting a golf cart to explore the town, booking a fishing trip, or simply laying in the sand and swimming in the ocean all day, rest assured you can come back to this home away from home and feel at peace. A shower, AC, and a queen size bed will be waiting here for you to rest and do it all again the next day.

Just Enough! Available for short stays and Nestled right on the canal in Brigands Bay in Frisco, this 2 bed 2 bath home is the perfect spot to get a way. An open concept living, dining & kitchen area. Master bedroom has a king bed & an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed & bunk beds. Down the hall is the second full bathroom. A charcoal grill is available. A fish cleaning table is available to clean the days catch!

CABANA - HATTERAS NATIONAL SEASHORE

Situated in Hatteras Village, our cabana #33 is a free-standing studio, pet friendly condo just steps away from the beach. Enjoy a view of the ocean from the rooftop deck. The National Park Service maintains the adjacent beach which is part of Cape Hatteras National Seashore. This is the only beach in the Carolinas where you can enjoy the warmth and romance of a fire on the beach. Pets are allowed with a $75 pet fee plus tax.

Surf shack Rodanthe

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Walking distance to some of the best surfing on the east coast as well as restaurants ,coffee shop, pizza! , pier , small grocery store , and kite boarding on sound . The surf shack is rustic living ! This space is designed for serious surfers and kiteboarders , if you are looking for the 4 seasons this is not it , but if you want to hit the beach you are here!
