Ihr habt zudem Internet in Glasfaser Geschwindigkeit (100Mbit) und einen Flat TV. Gästehandtücher sowie Bettzeug sind vorhanden.

The best city view of Berlin

Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

Das Appartement verfügt über eine voll ausgestattet Küche, ein 140x200 Bett, einen Essplatz und ein eigenes liebevoll gestaltetes Badezimmer. Die Sauna kann optional gebucht werden. Kinder wollen sich frei entfalten. Dies können wir nicht sicherstellen und haben uns entschieden die jungen heranwachsenden ab 16 zu begrüßen. Lebe dein Ändern 🦋

Découvrez la nature de près, dans le jardin d'environ 2000 mètres carrés, ou dans la région autour du Parsteinsee et sur l'Oder dans le parc national 'Lower Oder Valley'. Du pain fait maison et des produits locaux sont servis pour le petit-déjeuner. Le dîner peut être réservé séparément.
