The apartment is a self contained living space that is very well appointed with bespoke furniture, fittings and original art. It has all of its own amenities so you should want for nothing. It is located two minutes from downtown Hilo. If you want you can walk to everything, including; shops, restaurants, beaches, bars, yoga studios, gyms and so on. If you are over 5' 10" you will need to mind your head in a couple of places so please be aware of this. We are always looking to improve.

This newly remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit with big spacious Livingroom and, there is kitchenette in the unit, it has everything you need to cook a meal, this whole unit is private from the main house. free parking. There are fruit trees on property you can help yourself when fruit is in season. Only people that accounted are allowed in the unit. Absolutely NO smoking inside the house or garage area. Property is fully gated and has free parking.
