Located above one of Tunbridge Wells oldest pubs ‘Beau Nash’, tucked away down a private drive away from the main road. The Beau Nash is a lovely, quirky pub with stunning garden & excellent food. Enjoy the private roof terrace on a summer’s evening with beers and wines on tap 30 seconds away. The flat has its own spiral staircase leading up to a private roof garden & flat entrance. Parking for 1 car only. However, this is down a long drive with no turning space so reversing skills required.

Wadhurst Castle Cottage is a charming Regency self catering holiday cottage with well proportioned rooms, creating a light, spacious holiday home for up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, with sofa bed available in the sitting room. It has its own small secluded garden and is located in the parkland of historic Wadhurst Castle Estate, near Royal Tunbridge Wells and within easy reach of the seaside, London and Gatwick. It is well positioned for visiting a wealth of National Trust properties.

Located off the main road in a private setting but close to shops, bars and restaurants this is the ideal place to explore Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding area. Within easy walking distance of the train station ( 15 mins) with frequent services to London and Hastings Lots of stunning places to visit nearby including Hever Castle, Sissinghurst and Penshurst Place. The accommodation is perfect if you want to be centrally based in Tunbridge Wells for visiting friends and family. Whilst small and cosy, it is detached, fully self-contained and has the advantage of having a pretty and secluded, south facing, private courtyard for relaxing and alfresco eating. It is excellent accommodation if you are attending a wedding in the area e.g. at The Spa Hotel, Salomons, Warwick Hotel or The Beacon. Longer stays are welcome at discounted rates.

The Little Barn has designated parking for one car, modern country style interior, private patio and is surrounded by ancient woodland.

Our renovated and extended 1920's cowshed. is a cosy retreat, 1 mile from the historic Pantiles of Tunbridge Wells and mainline station where London can be reached in around 50 minutes. It sits on the Kent and East Sussex border in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With its wide range of eating places and shops, Tunbridge Wells is a great base from which to explore the beautiful Garden of England. The owners live alongside the Cowshed but respect your privacy.

You can walk for miles from here. The flat is on a street with short term parking with free parking options 200m away. Or 24 hour car parks close by. With easy access to all the lovely restaurants, bars and shops in this picturesque town. The train station is just down the hill.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
