We had a wonderful stay in Witney. Devin was very helpful and communicative and allowed an early check in which after a long flight was much appreciated. The house was easy to find, had accessible parking and was easy walking distance to the town. The house was lovely, with 3 double bedrooms. The sitting area was large and it had a fully fitted kitchen and pretty outside area. It was also very quiet, with no traffic noise. I would highly recommend this house for a stay in Witney.

My family, our dog and I had a lovely few days at Sara’s place visiting family who live just outside Oxford. We found the house lovely and clean, and only a short drive out of the city centre to be able to visit the sights. Sara was very responsive to my questions prior to our stay, which was very helpful. We’d definitely stay again when we’re back up Oxford way.

Kelly place was exactly as described and all the instructions she provided were spot on and accurate. It was clean throughout the house and brilliantly decorated. Was only a 5 minute walk into the centre of chipping Norton and a great base to do some exploring of the Cotswolds.

The apartment had everything we needed for a couple of nights away visiting nearby family. The living area is on the smaller side but manageable. The host sent clear instructions from the beginning to end of our stay and was available, if needed. A travel cot and highchair were provided on request. The travel cot base wasn’t great, I would recommend bringing a small cot mattress if using.

We had a lovely stay at Ann’s house. We arrived to a generous welcome packet of essentials and snacks and two lovely bottles of Prosecco. The house is old with lots of character but the facilities are modern and work well. We stayed at the end of April but the pool was heated for us and we used it every day, we were thankful for the hot tub to warm up on the more overcast days! The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with plates and glasses for entertaining and the Aga and bbq worked well. If you have small children I would recommend bringing plastic crockery as there wasn’t much of that. We would definitely look to come back if we are in the area.

Carina was a good host and always available without being intrusive. The property is well priced and cosy with all the amenities required for an extended stay with lots to do on the doorstep in the beautiful area as well easily accessible links to the motorways to travel further afield. We visited the place and used it as a base as a family of 5 and spent a lot of the time out of the property as we were visiting family in the area. The amenities were great and we were able to wash the kids clothes that were getting dirty from all the outdoor activities available on the doorstep, we did a fair bit of walking in the surrounding country trails and went to legoland which is close by, the local pub was within walking distance and served fantastic food at a great price. I have nothing negative to say about the accommodation and host and would welcome another visit here, if I was to add a constructive appraisal would perhaps look to update the soft furnishings for a enhanced experience.

We had a great short break and the house was perfect and matched all of the pictures and descriptions. The hot tub was brilliant and the proactive emails, instructions and support from Rob were first class. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay, we took day trips to Salisbury, Cheltenham and Bath. All were within easy reach. Such a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Homely & well-equipped. Note that to use the indoor pool you have to ring them or walk over at 10:30 in the morning to book a 1 hour slot for the next day. Would definitely recommend staying here. We are looking forward to coming back.

The host, Jason: Contacted us before the booking with lots of helpful information about the cottage and estate. He kindly asked if we needed recommendations and provided a whole list of activities and areas to explore. His instructions for accessing the property were also clear and friendly. Jason offered us early check-in and late checkout—both of which were much appreciated. He made us feel welcome before we even arrived. He left lots of complimentary snacks, drinks, bread, eggs, and milk, along with a welcome sign for our family. Beautiful ducks came right to the patio, and Jason even left us duck feed. Jason also provided tennis rackets and table tennis gear for use at the facility, which was a lovely touch. Jason is very proactive and responsive. The cottage: We felt right at home! It’s very private and cosy, with three toilets. The beds were comfy, and we were very comfortable. There are plenty of plates and pots available too. We made brilliant memories here. We recommend!

We’ve just got home from our stay and I must admit we’ve never stayed on a complex like this before. However we fancied something different, booked very last minute and it didn’t disappoint. It had everything you needed, good size, and great outdoor space with a gorgeous hot tub and the weather was perfect. On site you have the additional facilities, the lakes for lovely walks and we couldn’t resist the crazy golf. We were also very lucky to make some duck friends who made the stay even more perfect. We will definitely come back and stay here.

king John's Barn is a wonderful property with stunning views. It is very dog friendly with a stair gate provided to stop our 2 year old cocker spaniel from dashing upstairs. Our Son and his partner joined us for the weekend and the self contained bedroom/ensuite was perfect. Many thanks Vicky for accommodating them at such short notice. The location is ideal to see all the Cotswolds have to offer. We had a marvellous break.

We had a great stay. Rachel and her family were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed walks around the hut and some local pubs, reccomended by Rachel. Would highly recommend for a weekend away.

What a gem of a find!! The cottage is quaint & cosy but with all mod cons and lovely comfortable beds & pillows. There was a very generous welcome package, with tea, coffee, sugar, milk & biscuits, not to mention, dishwasher & laundry capsules, washing up liquid, kitchen roll & plenty of toilet rolls and a large tub of logs for the fire. These mighty not seem important but in my experience they are often lacking and they were much appreciated. Alan responsed promptly to a couple of questions I had and we tried out 2 of his restaurant recommendations, which were in the cottage information folder, both of which were lovely. I wouldn't hesitate to come back and don't be put off by the 2nd bedroom being described as 'more suitable for children', it is small but my 21 & 18 yr old daughters managed perfectly in there for a couple of nights. A lovely cottage and a super host. Thank you. xx

We had an incredible time during our stay. Our host was very friendly and gave us great recommendations of beautiful local walks and pubs and let us know how to use the Victorian Swimming Pool - their dogs are very cute too! The airbnb was very peaceful and had everything we needed for our stay including a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor seating! The location is great with 15-20 min walks to various local villages and pubs via footpaths (we were able to avoid roads) and it is only a 10-15 min drive to Didcot and large supermarkets. Would highly recommend this Airbnb if you are looking for a peaceful stay with pretty easy access to local amenities. Our host has also been very helpful when we left something behind!

We had a lovely night in the cabin, it was just what we needed. Quiet location, well equipped kitchen and the kids were super -excited by the TV in the bedroom and the swing outside!

A beautiful little cottage in a very pretty village. Located just off the village green with the pub in view from the kitchen window. We had a very comfortable stay and had an excellent Sunday lunch in the Pointer.

We stayed at 7 Harpers Yard between Christmas and New Year. The location is perfect, it’s a stones throw away from all the shops, cafes and restaurants. Parking was super handy onsite and the property felt safe and secure. Very clean and looks as per the pictures. Steve was super quick at responding. I would 100% book here again

Neat space with beds on a mezzanine . All amenities we required including tea / coffee and milk. Toiletries included shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. We were comfortable and used bus to get into city. Ning made homemade food for us which was pre arranged and was utterly delicious and recommended.
