We have a standard double bed, very comfortable for a solo traveller and cosy for a couple... Our place is complete with en-suite shower room (with washing machine and dryer) and a compact kitchenette area with breakfast bar and stools…. We are very central with close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds

Use of tennis court and amazing woodland walks over private farmland.

Self-contained one bed studio flat with its own entrance next to our house The studio flat is a new extension to our house with its own entrance. There is a double bed and a wardrobe. A small fridge/freezer and a combinational microwave cooker are also in the flat. You can cook light meals if you like. The local restaurants, shops and pubs are within a few minutes walking distance. Free WiFi. One parking space in front of the house can be provided upon request.

The house is located on a small and quiet cul-de-sac, a couple of minutes from Watlington village centre and all the amenities it has to offer. It has easy access to Oxford and London. Watlington is a lovely small town with a few restaurants, a pub with nice outdoor space, sustainable shops and other amenities. People are warm and friendly. There are nice walks in nature that are at walking distance, and there are lots of other choices if you drive.

If you are looking for a reasonably priced retreat between historic Oxford and the Bicester Designer Retail Outlet, come and visit Huckleberry farm :) outdoor bbq dining available for dining al fresco (no kitchen)! or takeaway at the cosy table for two (small ones) in the hut. there is an outdoor unplumbed portaloo and a fresh cold water tap (no Bathroom). local hotel offers a day pass with swimming pool, gym, sauna & steam room for £10.

Pick your own vegetables from our young food forest and enjoy being completely off-grid. Great for small groups: we have tents and you can bring your own. Everything at Cooper’s Rest is recycled, upcycled, donated, or built from scratch (including our tiny house!).
