Set in the gardens of our farmhouse, on the edge of a private 12 acre lake. Our log cabin provides luxurious bed & breakfast accommodation for two people. A private veranda, snug living area with log burner, en-suite shower room and double bed on mezzanine level offers the perfect retreat for couples. Relax, unwind and enjoy!

Deer View Cabin is the perfect secluded getaway to spend your time relaxing in the hot tub or sit listening to the rain on the tin roof in a rocking chair on our beautiful porch. Inside you can unwind in comfy chairs beside a cosy stove whilst you look out onto woodland & wildlife. If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. The cottage is centrally located in Hedon and is walking to distance to local pubs, resteraunts, cafes, shops and other local amenities The property boasts a fitted wood burner for those cozy nights in, central heating, fitted kitchen with integrated washer, fridge, hob and oven, new bathroom and 2 double bedrooms. We now have free WiFi and Smart TV for all to enjoy.

The Old Hayloft is a hidden gem within close walking distance of cafes, bars and restaurants, independent shops, places of interest, and the fabulous Beverley Minster. The railway station is close by. The very private and luxury accommodation is upstairs with its own entrance and a large and very comfortable super king bed. The open plan kitchen-living area provides a unique space to enjoy relaxing evenings, which can also extend to the outdoors with access to a private garden area. The double bedroom provides a cosy space complete with large comfortable bed for the perfect nights sleep.

Hull Belvoir Street, Avenues and Dining Quarter

This is our charming little townhouse in Hull. It’s in the Dukeries area just off the bustling Prince’s Avenue, which has cafes, bars and independent shops. We’re five minutes’ drive from the town centre in one direction, and five minutes from both the university and the KC stadium in another. There is free on-street parking outside. Inside there is ample space for a family or two couples, with a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and two guest bedrooms.
