Kick your shoes off and unwind in this relaxing riverfront 1 bedroom daylight ground level suite with large bright windows. Centennial park is a 5 minute walk and includes walking trails, dog park, playground, and more. Downtown Kamloops is just a short 15 minute drive. We are a busy family of 4 upstairs; please expect to hear the pitter patter of little feet and you may also catch short stints of piano practice. Cheerful 2 bedroom suite on hobby farm Kamloops

Warm and cozy 2 bedroom suite on Hearts Ease Farm. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of our valley that is only 15 minutes from downtown Kamloops. Your suite is equipped with everything you require, so you can just drop your bags and relax! If you are travelling with horses, we have 2 corrals available, a round pen, and a full arena. Plus acres and acres of trails across the street. If you like fresh eggs for breakfast, you are more than welcome to pop out to the coop and help yourself!

Rudy's Rustic Cabin

Artfully crafted cabin beside a small pond in the forest. Wake up to soft forest light and singing birds. The enclosed porch features huge windows for an outside feel. The property is 20 minutes from Sun Peaks and 35 minutes from Kamloops. We are surrounded by hiking trails, lakes, and lots of outdoor activities. The property is lakefront, and guests have access to a small non-motor lake where they can enjoy the dock, paddle or swim. Dogs are welcome. Our dog Zenji lives here.

Cozy Lakefront Cabin Retreat

Cozy, beautiful lakefront 2 bedroom + sleeping flex space on a 1/2 acre lot on Heffley Lake, perfect for one to two families (max number of adults is 4, no exceptions). The home has a fully equipped kitchen, gorgeous deck and only steps from the lake and dedicated dock. This home has 1.5 bathrooms, wood and electric fireplaces. We have WIFI, Netflix via apple boxes (guest use own accounts) as well as books, games and puzzles for guest use. No cell service, landline available.

Holmwood Farm Julia’s Kitchen Suite

Julia’s Suite features a full kitchen. An adjoining (Buds Lounge Suite) can also be rented for up to four additional guests. Holmwood Farm is a very scenic property with great views and lots of hiking and x country ski trails. It is home to a small flock of sheep, and cows which are grazed regeneratively. . You will have access to fresh vegetables from our garden in the summer months , and free range eggs, pastured meats and locally sourced gifts from our farm store.

Little Jon’s Farmhouse (city suite)

1000 sq. Ft.suite with Modern Farmhouse Decor. Vaulted ceilings and big, bright windows with great views of the hills. Fully equipped kitchen with dining and living room spaces. Quartz Island countertop. Electric fireplace. Spacious bathroom with double vanity. Nicely appointed bedrooms with great views. Deck off the dining room and hot tub and trampoline located in the back yard. Separate entrance and private space atop our garage. Double lot with us in the house attached.

A Suite Getaway at Fireside Lodge, Sun Peaks

222 in Fireside Lodge is a spacious studio suite situated in the heart of the village, and provides underground parking, ski/bike locker, easy ski-in/out access to main lifts, restaurants and shopping. Ideal for a couple, solo traveler or small family. Enjoy watching shows on the wall mounted TV or soaking in the hot tub shared among Fireside guests. There is a queen bed and queen sofa bed. Please note, this is a studio suite, not a separate bedroom.

For Skiers, Golfers, Mtn Bikers- Family Friendly!

This bright and spacious home is perfect for groups or families up coming for skiing, golf or biking. Three bedrooms, 1.5 baths with an expansive view of the valley. The open concept living space features a chef's kitchen, large dining area, entertainment tech and lots of comfy seating. PLEASE NOTE: There are stairs from the road to the front door. The house is split level, there are 5 stairs from the living room/kitchen to the bedrooms.
