The Beasley Backwater Retreat is located on beautiful Lake Eufaula, between the historic towns of Abbeville and Eufaula. The house, built as a vacation house by my grandparents in 1963, is pretty much vintage, with some more modern conveniences, such as microwave, dishwasher, HVAC, internet access, and a Keurig. Located on a peaceful area of the lake, with a private dock and nice neighbors, it's a great place to get away from town and create fond memories--it certainly has been for us! Enjoy!

There is plenty of free parking space, so bring your boat or ATV. We have a dock for you to tie your boat to or just bring your fishing poles and fish off the dock. The new covered back deck has a bar, stools, sink and porch swing. We also have provided a charcoal grill and a fire pit.

Our home is a great getaway spot for a weekend or a few weeks.
