Akyra Lodge was everything we hoped for. Spacious and yet cosy at the same time. Jojo had both fireplaces inside & the outside fire pit, stoked and ready to go when we arrived, which was a lovely added touch. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need including the butler's pantry. Our favorite thing was chilling in the sunken lounge at night. Locality wise it was perfect for us, the quaint little township of Trentham under a 10 min stroll away. Cafe, bakery & hotel all friendly & beautiful food. The General Store was very well stocked & surprisingly affordable. Thanks Jojo for the lovely stay. 🌺 Cheers Kerie & Billy

We loved our stay at Chelsea's place. It was super close to the lake, the main shops and all the good restaurants. The place was perfectly clean and comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful which was so nice for sitting outside and relaxing with a tea. Our dog loved the walking trail nearby that led to a beautiful lookout. Everything was near perfect, we are just sad we had to leave!

Gorgeous cosy and comfortable place, well stocked pantry if you're self catering, excellent place to relax with a huge block and kangaroos/wildlife from every view. Sean was super responsive and helpful.

Lovely cottage that’s in a convenient location to the main strip of shops. Easy to find and cosy and comfy home. Easy to find and check in, highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay in Blackwood! The area is peaceful, scenic, and full of charm—exactly what we needed for a relaxing family getaway. We were greeted each morning by beautiful native birds including parrots, kookaburras, and cockatoos, which our kids absolutely loved. The home was cozy and well-suited for our family (including our little dog, who also had a great time!). It was the perfect base to slow down, reconnect with nature, and enjoy the quiet beauty of the region. We also enjoyed visiting the local hotel for dinner and drinks—great atmosphere and friendly locals. There are a couple of cute cafés nearby too, perfect for a morning coffee or bite to eat. Highly recommend this stay if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature and wildlife. We’d love to come back!

We had a lovely stay. The kids loved the ball pit and there is a large back area for them and our dog to play. Location is great - quiet area but very walkable to town. Alli was also very responsive. Better cooking and other amenities would have made it prefect and may be an issue for longer stays but for a short stay it was a great place for us.

Peaceful and comfortable with lovely outlooks front and back. Karen was great and helpful in communicating through out. Front and rear decks with plenty of places to sit and relax was terrific. Great for 2 people and our dog loved it.

Nancy's has been beautifully renovated inside with quality finishings, the beds are very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, deep bath if you like soak, and the best thing is there is an abundance of firewood to enjoy a fire all weekend!

What an absolutely beautiful place! It was sweltering hot when we stayed and yet the beauty of the house , its entertaining area and the furnishings inside and out were so mind blowingly beautiful the chest was quickly forgotten. Whoever owns the house is very cultured, well travelled and has an eye and we are very grateful that they share it with people like us. Beautiful. And the restaurants nearby are exceptional. We ate at Sault and it was better than most Melbourne restaurants in our opinion.

This was such a cool property in an isolated location but still very close to Hepburn springs. It was a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay with a big group that had everything you need.

Felt so comfortable here. Plenty of space, good size kitchen and bathroom , comfiest couch in the world. The pool was beautiful, even at 5am. Two cheeky horses and a bunch of chickens on the property. Fenced in area in the backyard was really safe for my dog and toddler. All in all an excellent property, with a lovely host.

perfect little spot in Hepburn, Sharee was flexible and the place was so easy to check in to, even at 8pm in the dark (they left the lights on for us) bedrooms are get, multiple bathrooms and overall just a spacious environmental! One thing i will mention, coffee and tea is not provided at this house, so bring your own!

As a group of 9 adults, 4 children and a dog we had such a great stay ! There was plenty of space for everyone to comfortably spend the 4 days and the privacy and seclusion of the property was just what we wanted. The rooms were spacious and tidy and fully equipped and the communal kitchen and living space were great for everyone to hang out in as well. Barbara's communication was always prompt and descriptive and make the whole stay an absolute breeze. Barbara and Brad were great hosts who were attentive and helpful the whole time and no ask was ever to much. Thanks for such a great get away - we will definitely be back!

Quiet and cozy place. We took our cat with us, and he enjoyed looking through the windows and exploring around the house. And Georgia was a very friendly and helpful host.

My family had a great stay at Serena's. It is a large and comfortable house and super well equipped. We all loved sitting around the fire pit. My family wanted to know when they could stay again.

Our family had a wonderful time at Ricardo's house. Some family members were initially hesitant about the price but at the end of our stay everyone agreed that it was worth it and had a great time. The house was roomy enough to accommodate our group of 10, was tastefully decorated and had spectacular views from the floor to ceiling windows. There were lovely little touches upon our arrival: a handwritten welcome note, some delicious home-baked almond Sicilian cookies, and fresh eggs and milk in the fridge. The animals (alpacas and sheep) were entertaining and I grew particularly fond of a dear black-faced sheep who was often away from the rest of the flock, waiting near the fence wanting to be fed, like an enthusiastic puppy. Ricardo responded to all of our queries quickly and practically, which made our stay smooth and incident-free. The house was well-equipped and didn't want for anything.

Cannot fault the accom. Walkable and surrounded by peaceful greenery. Really enjoyed it. The accom itself was super cute and stylish. Very happy overall and would recommend.

We had such a lovely stay! The place was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. It was super cosy and just what we were looking for to relax and unwind with our dog and baby. Loved the thoughtful touches—there was tea cake waiting for us on checkin, a treat for our dog, and carrots so we could feed the friendly donkey and horses onsite. Allison was a great host—really responsive and easy to communicate with. We’re feeling so refreshed. Would definitely come back and recommend to our friends and family.
