This very spacious open plan home has a HEATED SWIMMING POOL and is FULLY AIRCONDITIONED. The ever popular family friendly, patrolled, safe and popular swimming beach Alma Bay is just a few minutes walk. Geoffrey Bay, Arcadia Hotel, cafes, newsagent and specialty shops are also only a few minutes walk.

This large 2 storey holiday house has it all. Big enough for 2 or more families to holiday together and share the cost (sleeps max 14). Otherwise, plenty of space for smaller groups to spread out and enjoy with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms & 2 kitchens. There is a good sized swimming pool or it's only a short stroll to the local beach. If you don't feel like cooking, walk down to the local bar for a steak and some beers or whatever else you fancy. Enjoy & relax on Magnetic Island.

Enjoy a comfortable stay in this centrally located two-bedroom post-war home, with a large deck and pool. Perfect for small families, couple retreats or a working holiday equipped with a study space. Fully airconditioned, with fans and wifi supplied. We offer an entire home including a queen and double bed. There is a neat kitchen equipped for you to make a meal or you can just pop down the road for a coffee from one of our best roasters in town, Good Morning Coffee Trader.

A larger shopping centre with a supermarket is a quick drive or taxi ride away. This home away from home is comfort and convenience all rolled into one.

Centrally located within walking distance to the Townsville Stadium, CBD and Strand, Lime Tree Cottage is the perfect place for a comfortable stay. Situated in a quiet location with off street parking, this cottage features two bedrooms, the main with a Queen bed and second with a double - with the option for a sofa bed available on request (Maximum of 4 adults) The cottage is fully furnished and includes internet, complimentary Netflix and Foxtel.

Explore the vibrant tropics from this spacious renovated unit. Tailored for family and friend groups with a fully-equipped kitchen, BBQ, balcony and fenced. Yoga equipment (for the sunrise session on our balcony) and board games are all provided. Stroll a 2 minute walk to the beach (with free bbqs and gazebos) and parklands. The Strand foreshore, a hub of beach activities, and restaurants, awaits. Magnetic Island ferry terminal is an 8min drive.

The house opens up to the kitchen, dining and lounge room, and then out to a huge back patio with views down to the river, park and playground. Outdoor furniture and bbque are provided. The kitchen has everything required. There is a flat screen television and DVD player in the lounge room. All of this area is air conditioned. Laundry has a top load washing machine. A great relaxing house with tranquil surroundings and abundant wildlife.
