Enjoy a unique experience at this Animas Valley Gem located off of Highway 550. Just a half mile down the road from the newly renovated Durango Hot Springs. It is 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Durango Mountain Resort and convenient shopping is very close! Lovely open floor plan, split level. 1 queen bed and one full size futon upstairs. One bathroom, walk in shower and full kitchen with all the essentials located downstairs. Separate entrance and beautifully landscaped grounds.

We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

Charming, unique and private studio with king size bed, queen size futon, kitchenette, bathroom and BBQ on a beautiful private, horse ranch JUST MINUTES TO DOWNTOWN DURANGO, DURANGO HOT SPRINGS AND PURGATORY SKI RESORT. Warm inviting atmosphere and natural setting with beautiful views, ponds and Cooncreek running through. Possible over night horse boarding for an added fee. Wifi is adequate but not sufficient for Zoom or gaming. Please! No pets!! Service animals must not be left unattended!

The Apple Orchard Inn is a traditional Bed & Breakfast located on 4.5 acres in the lush Animas River Valley. We offer 10 romantic en suite rooms and cottages. Relax and enjoy spectacular mountain views, beautiful gardens, orchards, babbling brooks and ponds. Access to the inn is by private driveway through the old apple orchard. 4 rooms are located upstairs in the main house and 6 cottages are located behind the main house easily accessible by sidewalks encircling the lovely courtyard.

Ideally located halfway between Durango and Purgatory ski resort, this secluded house is the perfect launching point for your Southwest Colorado adventures. If you are a train buff, you will love the fact that you can see the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge railroad pass right behind the house (it isn’t loud and only runs during the day). This 3000 square foot private home features three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and plenty of space for your family to relax and enjoy.

Cozy Camper with a Touch Of Nature

The camper is a 24' 2007 Itasca Navion. This cozy camper is located about 10 miles north of of downtown Durango. It's great for a family of four, but might be small for anything more. It's close to Trimble Hot Springs, which is a great place to relax after a day of fun. Also, walking distance from a cute little breakfast nook, Hermosa Grill. Right next to Hermosa Grill there is a gas station, and a liquor store. The camper is not available to move.

Amy’s Place

Welcome to our beautiful southwestern home with a view of open space and forest. You will be staying on the ground floor of a unique 2 unit home. A long term tenant lives upstairs in a separate apartment with a separate private entrance. Amy and Daniel are available remotely if you need anything during your stay. We are two miles from town, 5 from downtown and 29 miles from Purgatory. It’s the perfect southwest adventure hub!

Adorable Mountain Cabin

Take it easy at this unique & tranquil getaway. 15 minutes to the Purgatory Ski Resort Cabin is on 2 ponds! The property has a creek and Pickleball court. It’s like being in a winter wonderland in the winter and National Park in summer. Large comfortable king size bed! It’s the perfect little get away! Pets are welcome if they are friendly as we do have dogs on the property!
