This house is located off the beaten path on a small waterfront lot surrounded by wooded areas giving it a secluded feeling. It is a 10-minute drive to restaurants and shopping. Two kayaks and a canoe are available for guests to explore the Hernando Lake chain right from the backyard. Turner Camp Boat Ramp is also close by providing access to the Withlacoochee River. This is a great place to relax and enjoy nature or be active exploring the areas attractions.

FL is in a drought, water levels are 8ft + lower than normal. You can still enjoy fishing and kayaking on our direct waterway. Watch the sunrise and sunset over the water on a private dock. This is a place you will want to come back to time and time again. We do provide kayaks and canoes to enjoy the lakes. Plenty of room for outdoor games and activities. Pet friendly. Just a short drive to downtown Inverness and 30 minutes to Crystal River. Simply perfect!

Sunrise Retreat

The Sunrise Retreat offers a peaceful space to enjoy nature and outdoor activities. You'll have access to the boat dock where you can launch kayaks and canoes. Boats and other water craft can be launched from the public boat ramp close by and anchored at the house dock for the length of your stay. Checkout our guidebook for local attractions including both water fun (natural springs, river tubing, gulf fishing and more) and local equestrian centers.

Welcome to our Tsala Gardens Home centrally located in Inverness. There is plenty of outdoor space and decks with room to relax and enjoy. This property has direct access to multiple lakes prime for bass fishing. Bring your boat and launch from the private community boat ramp or public ramp and dock up at our dock house. We are located one mile from downtown Inverness and its shops, restaurants, parks, and bike trails.
