Clean, comfortable and cute for those looking for a comfy place to get away from it all. Carmen’s Cabin was built by my daughter Carmen and her father in 2005. Open, bright, clean and cozy, this beautiful and efficient cabin is found in a wonderfully pleasant and family friendly neighborhood. It was situated on site to take maximum advantage of the stunning views of Kachemak Bay and the Grewingk Glacier. This is a no-pet listing, just right for one or two people. Finally, after your day of hiking, come soak in our hot tub and sip on some local wine while the sun sets over the mountains. Beautiful Beachfront Lodging: Deckhand Suite

Truly stay in the center of it all on the Homer Spit. Just out your door are the many shops, galleries and restaurants, yet in your beach side suite overlooking the beautiful vistas of Kachemak Bay, you’ll swear you are miles away. Pet friendly, max 2 dogs. Conveniently located above Central Charters and Tours, across the street from the Homer harbor. Sky Harbor Cabin - Homer Seaplane Base

The Homer Seaplane Base is located right on Beluga Lake in the Heart of Homer. Offering six cabins, and four suites, we provide guests the unique opportunity to stay at a fully functioning seaplane base. Guests are encouraged to visit our on-site restaurant, " Water Rudders,” which offers a wide selection of beer, wine, and delicious fare. Guests looking for a bit of adventure should contact our partner Beryl Air, located on-site, just steps away from your front door.

Tiny Misty

Experience tiny home living in this brand new cozy tiny house: Tiny Misty. Equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Full bathroom kitchen and an unbeatable front seat view of sunsets and the entire Cook Inlet. The new build was designed to overlook Cook Inlet and the big three: Mount Redoubt, Illiamna Volcano, and Mount Saint Augustine Volcano. Conveniently located just seven miles and a ten minutes drive to downtown Homer. Perfect for one or two people.

Surf Shack on Hesketh Island

Sleep to the sound of the sea! The Surf Shack on Hesketh Island is perfect for a small family or a couple and is glamping at its finest. It sits in the trees, 30 feet from the beach, overlooking the water and Yukon Island. This is a remote island property and can only be accessed by boat. We provide water taxi transport with True North Kayak Adventures. Pricing is $90/adult and $75/12 and under, round trip. Kayak and SUP trips are also available as well as rentals.

The Cowboy Cabin

This simple, charming cabin sits atop a green (or white or brown) pasture overlooking Kachemak Bay and two spoiled horses. It has a quiet “out of town” feel, yet, the Spit and downtown homer are only an 8-12 minute drive away. You might find fresh eggs from our hens in the refrigerator if they are producing well! It includes one comfy queen bed, full bathroom with laundry, and a small but capable kitchen. Longer stays here are economical and comftorable.
