Martin's place ideal for someone who want to take excursions in the forsets nearby Wien. The hause is big and clean, with nice garden. Good public transport.

Awesome, cozy place and a superb host. We got delayed in traffic and even at 10PM late arrival Daniela was there to welcome us in person. It is a safe and secure neighborhood, With secure private parking only 15Min drive to the City center. Ideal for family with kids and also a lot of open space and a beautiful east facing sunny terrace.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ wir hatte neinen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Barbaras Unterkunft! Von der ersten Minute an fühlten wir uns wie zu Hause. Die Wohnung ist nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch super sauber und gut ausgestattet. Barbara war eine großartige Gastgeberin – immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und voller nützlicher Tipps für die Umgebung. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden, und die ruhige Nachbarschaft sorgt für entspannte Abende. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch! Vielen Dank, Barbara!

Mogę spokojnie polecić pobyt w domu u Birgit i Heinz. Bardzo mili ludzie, oferujący dom w spokojnej okolicy, świetnie wyposażony i przytulny, w atrakcyjnej cenie. Wszystko było zgodne z opisem a zameldowanie bezproblemowe. Jest prywatny parking a stacja metra jest jakieś 8 minut spacerem. W domu, wbrew opisowi, jest ciepła woda :D zdecydowanie mógłbym tam wrócić przy następnej wizycie w Wiedniu!

Griechen was a wonderful host!! I would highly recommend staying at her Airbnb. It’s in a great location and it’s a spacious apartment. She’s super responsive and very flexible! Would love to stay there again if I find myself in Vienna again😊

Martin war ein fantastischer Gastgeber! Die „Press“ -Weinlokal daneben- ist ein echt wienerisches Beisl. Ein idealer Ort, einen anstrengenden Tag ausklingen zu lassen und ohne Schickimickischnickschnack. Wer die leider selten gewordene Atmosphäre von Alt-Simmering sucht, ist bei Martin genau richtig. Inmitten der teilweise etwas rauh scheinenden Umgebung ist Martins Altbau-Gästewohnung faszinierend, schön gepflegt und mit einem tollen Garten ausgestattet und etwas ganz Besonderes für Besucher, die das echte authentische Wien kennenlernen wollen. Außerdem ist die Verkehrsanbindung optimal. Wir wollen gerne wiederkommen!

Wir waren wegen eines kurztrips in Wien. Meine Tochter mit Kind und mein Sohn und ich. Es war extrem heiß, dass Ventilatoren in der Wohnung verfügbar waren fand ich sehr aufmerksam! Die Lage in Währung war super, da diese Gegend sehr ruhig ist. Wir sind mit dem Auto unterwegs gewesen. Parksituation ist eben in der Stadt nicht so toll, aber das weiß man als Autofahrer. Klare Empfehlung von meiner Seite.
