Marc's place was exactly what we hoped it would be and it exceeded our expectations. Everything matched the listing. Was extremely clean and looked like it had just been redone inside. The only thing was we weren't able to turn up the heat in the hot tub which was a fairly older model with weak jets. This wasn't a huge deal to us so it didn't affect our 5 star review!

Great place to stay! Will be back! Would recommend for anyone looking for a cozy spot close to downtown Delray!

Just a little background. We are both older, in our late 60s. We travel to visit my almost 92 year old mother and we move her and my aunt into the Airbnb with us so we can maximize our time. The house has to be older person and dog friendly. This home ticks all those boxes. It doesn't look like much on the outside, but it's comfy and beautiful on the inside. The beds we're comfortable and both bathrooms had walk in showers, which is a plus for us. The towels are big, soft and absorbent. Kitchen is roomy and the coffee area was well stocked. The back yard was clean and has a large grassy area for our dog to run and release some of that energy! Eddie was responsive when we had a light and fan that didn't work. They were both fixed very quickly. We didn't need them, but the washer and dryer are outside. Also, the fence on that side of the house is shorter so a medium/large dog could jump over it. we just used the barbecue to block the dog from going down that side of the house.

Stayed at this lovely house for a holiday get together with the family, and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. 3 spacious bedrooms, amazing kitchen large enough for any occasion, deck w grill, laundry, plenty of parking, private yard and cold AC! The host was above and beyond accommodating . We’ll be staying here again in the future, thanks again!

Great place, close to everything and super quiet one of the best places I’ve stayed at

The unit is extremely clean, the neighborhood is great and the host is extremely responsive, above and beyond expectations! Can't wait to return!

Elcy’s house is so perfect for a vacation with friends! It’s a beautiful home in a great location, right near a grocery store and several food options within a walkable distance. Also, it’s only a short drive / Uber from the beach and other food, drink, and nightlife options. My friends and I had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing rental right in the middle all Ft. Lauderdale has to offer. Home is located in an awesome neighborhood that is walkable, safe and peaceful but close to grocery shopping, Target, restaurants, and the beach. Beach parking was easy through use of the nearby state park or street parking near beach (use Monica’s guidebook for details). The house itself was so, so nice. There is much space to spread out, great kitchen for cooking, and very nice outdoor space with pool. The kids enjoyed the pool and also the board games inside. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. You can’t go wrong with this property.

It’s a great location close to anything you could ever need. The beach, the park, groceries.. you name it it’s there. The home itself was beautiful and the perfect place to spend with some friends. There’s a pool and a pool table and lots of other options for games and quality time. To top it off the hosts were super kind and flexible when we requested to stay an additional day because we loved it so much. Definitely would recommend!

I’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s and this is by far my favorite. The place is beautiful. The pool with privacy fence and bushes around the entire property was great for solitude and privacy. The inside is well decorated and has everything you need for a stay in Fort Lauderdale. Hosts were friendly and communicative. I looked forward to staying here again in the future. Highly recommended.

We travel to Florida every year to visit family and we always stay in a vacation rental. April and Tony’s place is by far the nicest rental we have ever stayed in. It’s clean, beautiful, comfortable and we felt right at home. I would definitely stay here again. They obviously take pride in their home and making sure their renters feel comfortable. Absolutely loved the apartment! Perfectly outfitted to meet our needs in ever way! Especially the quiet mornings outside having coffee and listening to the birds! Denise responded to any questions within minutes. And the place is outfitted with all of the simple necessities! Would definitely rent again without a doubt! Thank you so much!

So Much Charm!!! I loved my stay at this adorable cottage filled with so much character (the flamingo decor was such a cute touch)! The place was super clean and very cozy and located in a safe friendly neighborhood! I felt like I was at my own beachside retreat! The backyard is one of its best features… -pure relaxation and a pet’s paradise! The hosts were welcoming and accommodating in every way!

The location is absolutely perfect - just a stone's throw from the beautiful Deerfield beach and a short drive from many other top attractions. The rental was fully equipped with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable, and very comfortable. Lee's exceptional hospitality was the icing on the cake. They were super nice, incredibly responsive to our requests, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We were visiting friends in the area and Lee's rental was the perfect base for our adventures. If you're looking for a wonderful place to stay in Deerfield Beach, look no further! This was a perfect place to visit with my dogs! Great backyard space, super cute room w/ comfy bed. William was very nice and made me feel right at home, would definitely stay again!

The description of this property is spot on. It is an oasis in the middle of Delray. We felt like we were in a very private setting steps away to great restaurants and shops. Accommodations were excellent. Outdoor area was outstanding (pool, etc). Desiree is a great host - very responsive and accommodating. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

The house had great amenities. Wonderful back yard for rest and relaxation. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. The freebee app was great and easy to use. Saved us from having to drive to get to places we wanted to go to. The beach at Atlantic Dunes was about 8-10 minutes away but very easy to get to by car as freebee did not go that far away from downtown. All in all we had a great time in Delray and enjoyed our stay at Sunset House. Lindsey and Paula are great hosts.

It is a simple place. And well cleaned. Keep in mind that some of the units do not have kitchens at all. This place is mostly popular for adults staying for a week or more. Easy walk to the beach. 30 minutes walk to Publix and several restaurants cross the bridge. Sofa is not big enough for sleeping. Shower head is fixed so it was not easy for me to wash the sand. Daniel is really easy to reach and welcoming host.
