Stay in a former Old English Cosy Pub, with three inglenook fire places. Located in a small village in West Norfolk 36 mins from coast and 21 mins from Royal Sandringham Estate. Pet Friendly, we welcome up to 3 dogs and charge £25 per dog per visit. Recently refurbished offering a large underfloor heated kitchen living room space along with the charm of original features. During the lockdown period we have updated and renewed the bathroom and ensuite facilities including a new toilet in ensuite

Dairy Cottage is set in a peaceful, rural location only 2 hours drive from London and approx 45 mins to the North Norfolk Coast, offering access to Wells, Burnham Market, Holkham, Hunstanton, Sheringham, Cromer, Holt etc. Also within easy reach are the beautifully picturesque Norfolk Broads and the historic cities of Norwich and Cambridge. This comfortable 17th Century holiday home was the former dairy to the adjoining farmhouse. Ideal for business stays with Wi-Fi, ample workspace and parking.

Spacious, family friendly country house apartment

Have a relaxing stay in a spacious, rustic apt in the historic Rokeles Hall, the space features cottage style interiors for guests who appreciate comfort & history. The apt has parking (2+ cars), a private entrance & sleeps up to 8 (incl 2 dbl sofa beds). The original Hall (on 14 acres) was built in the 1200's & the existing Georgian building from the 1600's. Great wifi, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave & oven (no formal kitchen). Good restaurants, pubs, supermarkets & walks nearby.

The house has a glorious view overlooking the village pond and is ideally located to tour Norfolk and the Norfolk Coast, King’s Lynn, Sandringham, Ely. Perfect for family get togethers, a quiet hide away, business trips. Ideal for young children who can enjoy the enclosed village play area, feed the ducks or amble around.

Rose Farm Lodge - peaceful, rural Norfolk getaway

Our newly-built, self-contained lodge in Norfolk is situated in a quiet rural hamlet not far from a country village with a pub, grocery store, butchers and coffee shop. A perfect opportunity to get away from it all, with beautiful views and a paddock area (also for guest use). 10 minute drive from Swaffham and Dereham (with access to supermarkets and shops), 30 minutes to Kings Lynn or Norwich, 40 minutes to the North Norfolk coast. We have a lock box available for self check-in if needed.

The cedar wood burning hot tub also offers guests the chance to enjoy incredible stargazing at night before cuddling up by the cosy fire.

This stylish cottage has direct access to the forest and is nestled next to the beautiful Lynford Lakes with it's own man made beach. This is popular with open water swimmers and paddle boarders. Lynford Arboretum is also right outside your door and is ideal for bird watching with wildlife in abundance. A perfect relaxing retreat in the forest. The Stables is situated in the grounds of Home Farm, Merton, directly on the Peddars Way Footpath. Just 2 miles from Watton Town Centre this is a perfect location for exploring both Norfolk and Suffolk. We are just 22 miles from Norwich, around 30 miles from the North Norfolk Coast and 22miles from Bury St Edmunds.

Warren Lodge Barn - Eco-friendly Barn Conversion

Our eco-friendly, architect-designed barn conversion sits in an acre of land on the edge of a forest looking out over open fields. The barn sits in its own spinney which is for guests' private use. There are a variety of paths for lovely walks with plenty of wildlife. Accessible by a 3/4 mile unmade track, it is a quiet and peaceful place to stay, with a flat, dramatic landscape and fantastic sunsets. Finished to a high standard.
