The space is all yours and is ideal for a couple or bring the kids to sleep on the sofa bed. The space has its own spacious ensuite. In Appletree cottage you have the use of you own little cooking area where you can make yourself a nice cup of tea or coffee as well as the use of a microwave and toaster. Waterford Greenway (46km cycle/ walk, can be done in whole or part) is a 10 min drive The beautiful Copper Coast with its beaches and coves are 30-35 mins drive. Our local country Pub is a 10 min walk and nearest village is a 10 min drive for any essentials.
