At times, it can get a little slick.

Relax inside or in the private back patio or stroll the sidewalks in a lovely neighborhood of residential single and multifamily homes. Also, it's well located with quick access to the freeway, Intel and Nike, and shops, grocery stores and restaurants. In the past there was no AC, but now a portable air conditioner is provided for the summer months.

"La Terre" is a great place to stay! The street is busy but safe. We are close to Intel, and TV Highway in the Beaverton/Aloha area, where restaurants and supermarkets can be found. Our place is designed to be welcoming and cozy. It has a smart TV and WiFi, a private entrance along with its own kitchenette induction kitchen, full bathroom, a full-size bed, two twin-sized sofa beds, and a desk area. The studio is exclusively for guests. We have parking space and friendly neighbors.
