Our home is located in Hilo (Waiakea Uka) higher elevation cooler area. This agriculture neighborhood area consists of multiple acre lots, with farm animals, and lots of pasture land. Our guest will enjoy a peaceful, comfortable stay in a private guest suite with private entrance. You will enjoy this private suite, spacious and bright, private bathroom is also spacious (bathroom located in the room). The balcony over looks three acres of pasture land and far off ocean line.

This spacious ground-floor apartment can sleep four very comfortably. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, dining area, an indoor waterfall, and stocked kitchen, There is a beautiful lanai that overlooks a large koi pond and spacious, manicured grounds. We call the property Old School Hospitality because it was built from recycled materials from the old Hakalau School. Much of the house's charm comes from the unique materials used in construction.
