The Old School House Annexe, Irchester

Beautifully refurbished internal annexe within what was the village school (1840). Sole use of annexe. Wifi, TV, DVD player, printer, well equipped kitchen inc washing machine, freezer. Irchester is a village three miles from both Rushden and Wellingborough. Pub, cafe, shop, a short walk, Country Park less than a mile. Easy reach of Northampton, Bedford and Milton Keynes. Guests have access to the owners’ garden. Please note we do NOT take dogs or young children.

Next to our thatched cottage and with a peaceful garden just for you and gorgeous country walks, you’ll feel at home in the heart of the country. A parking space is just by the barn. You get the annex to yourself, with WiFi, a well equipped kitchen, open plan lounge and dining space. The double bedroom includes a smart TV, crisp fresh sheets, towels and ensuite.

Central location for Northampton, good for Brackmills (Barclaycard), excellent for Moulton Park (Nationwide). Close to Abington Park, good bus routes into town. Driveway parking available. Large bright and airy room in 1930ies semi-detached house. King bed, overlooks private garden filled with mature trees. Bathroom includes electric shower cubicle. Gas central heating, double glazed. The house is unsuitable for children of any age.

Phone box 16 in Olney. A cosy quirky place for two

Located in the pretty market town of Olney, home of the song “Amazing Grace”. Phone box 16 is a unique and stylish studio. The bedroom is usually a superking size bed but it could be made up as 2 single beds. Please let us know if you would like 2 single beds. Locally there is choice of restaurants, pubs and shops along with open countryside and walks and a country park with sailing, boardwalks, cafe and hides overlooking the lakes.
