I provide 2 beach chairs, a cooler, umbrella and beach towels.. The apartment features all new appliances, a quiet back porch, French doors leading from the bedroom to a delightful bathroom with a large shower with a Bluetooth speaker. A complimentary parking pass to the city garage is provided.
